Sunny Service went above and beyond to make everything right. They took over a contract from Cool Air Texas and Home Depot. The very expensive Lennox units were installed poorly and ended up causing water damage to my home and system.
Sunny Service came out, re-designed the entire air handler system, installed a brand new unit and re positioned the outdoor unit. The attention to detail that Matt and his team showed is unmatched by any other HVAC company. I can’t thank them enough.

Louis G. was very thorough when explaining why our AC broke, and walking us through each step of the process when fixing it. He answered all the questions we had, and left us feeling confident in choosing the right company for AC repair and maintenance. I’m actually not dreading having to call for maintenance in the future.
Coby performed the service visit to review and repair my fairly new AC which started blowing warm air. He quickly found the problem and performed the necessary repair. Coby was very kind and respectful of my home environment (lots of animals), so appreciate him coming out today!

This was my first time using Sunny Service for an emergency AC repair. The entire experience was great. Their customer service when I made the appointment was outstanding --- they even called me back within an hour or so after making my appointment to move my appointment to that same day (it was next day) when they had a cancellation! The technician Coby T was very friendly, very efficient, with extreme attention to detail. He repaired one unit and cleaned the coils on two units at my residence. He left everything like he found it, and stayed around to answer all my questions. I'm impressed with Coby and Sunny Service.

We have been consistently impressed with Sunny Service. Our old AC unit was starting to fail in 2020, but financially we weren’t in a position to replace it at the time. We had several companies come out, and every one of them told us there were no temporary fixes and that the entire system needed to be replaced.
Sunny Service was the third company we called. Their technician was honest and straightforward. He agreed that the unit was aging and that replacement would eventually be necessary, but he also took the time to explain a few “Band-Aid” options that might buy us some time. He was upfront that there were no guarantees, but he gave us choices instead of pressure.
Thanks to those repairs, we were able to keep that unit running for another two years until we were ready to purchase a new system. When the time came, Sunny Service was our only call.
They installed our new unit, and we’ve continued to use them for repairs and annual tune-ups. We typically have them out about once a year.
Most of the time it’s a technician we’ve never met before, and every single one has been professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and committed to solving whatever issue we throw at them.
It’s hard to find service providers you can trust, and I can’t recommend Sunny Service highly enough. No matter which technician comes to our home or who answers the phone, we’re always treated with professionalism, honesty, and a genuine desire to doing the job right.
