We called SS for HVAC non functioning issue. Tech gave us estimates for more than $1200 which we declined. Same issue was fixed for $300 through another Lennox authorized service provider. You can take your bet against SS based on the rip-off price they quoted. PLEASE AVOID.
The Sunny service I trusted and loved is no longer this company. The sticker shock is insane and their diagnosis changes depending on what they feel I guess. Lesson learned. $960 for 4lbs of refrigerant 😫 & Ai taking your calls. And a diagnostic fee that’s no longer flat but dynamic.

I can hardly say enough good things about Coby. My AC stopped cooling at 3:00 a.m. in the morning, and he was at my door at 8:30 a.m. to help. The AC needed some new parts. He located them, picked them up, and installed them. By 10:55 my house was cooling, which was wonderful since I had guests coming at 11:00.
Coby was very nice and helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me posted of what was going on and showed me photos of what had gone wrong.
The cost of this repair was very reasonable,
Thank you, Coby!
Sunny service has been very timely, efficient and courteous. They've taking care of our A/C and plumbing needs for quite some time now. When we finally needed a new unit, Damien was thorough and patient as he explained in detail the process and cost to replace the A/C. Dillon and Salvador replaced the entire A/C unit and did a phenomenal job in 100 degree heat! I'd recommend Sunny service to anyone who needs it!
I had a new AC system installed by Sunny Service in August 2024 that included maintenance as part of the purchase. In June 24, 2026 they performed a routine complimentary maintenance inspection to keep the system running smoothly.
On July 30, 2026 the ceiling started dripping. I called them right away. A separate roofer also inspected and confirmed the roof and attic were fine, and specifically recommended checking the drain line on the pancake unit. I relayed this to Sunny Service. Their technician came out the same day, said everything was fine, and charged me another service fee.
The next day (July 31, 2026) the roofer returned, opened the ceiling, and immediately found water coming from the direction of the pancake unit. The drain pipe was flooded. Just one day earlier Sunny Service had told me it was not the issue.
I now have roughly $2,000 in ceiling repairs to deal with. I’m also unclear why the system did not detect the overflow and shut down, which the technician had previously explained it should do.
I trusted this company for two years with a brand-new system. Please make sure any AC company thoroughly checks and clears the condensate drain on every visit. This should never have happened.
