    Daniel with Sunny Services maintenance an ongoing (4-6mo) issue. Daniel also provided me with some preventative tips he was very informative, knowledgeable, helpful and last but not least provided excellent customer service.

    “Don’t trust this company. They are only there to upsell products. Even when something is working fine, they still try to push you to buy things you did not ask for. Bad service and not trustworthy. I would not hire them again.

    I purchased & installed two lennox HVAC units (upstairs and downstairs) in July 2022. My recent experience was very disappointing. The technician made the unit running but he was unclear and inconsistent about pricing for the part- initially describing it vaguely as "a couple of hundred dollars," then quoting $493 while the actual market price is under $50. Labor was quoted at $244. Although, the part was covered under warranty in my case. What if I was not covered and had to pay $493 for the $50 parts. I am concerned about the lack of transparency. I specifically requested that the invoice include the actual part name and price, with the cost voided due to warranty, So I would have proper documentation for future reference. The technician agreed, but the final invoice did not include any detail about the part or pricing. This also raises an important concern- if the replaced part fails again, how will it be covered under warranty without proper documentation showing that it was installed and when? To make matter worse, when i called customer service to report the issue, the response was dismissive and no real effort was made to resolve my concern. Overall, the experience raises serious concerns about pricing transparency, documentation, and customer service. I recommend others for clear, written estimates and detailed invoice before any work.

    Louis was was right on schedule. He was very polite and explained everything that needed to be done. He took the time to go over every detail of what had to be done to my daughter who doesn’t live here. She was just wanting to know her Mom was getting the best service. Which I did. I would not want any other service person to come to my house except Louis. He knew what the problem was and fixed it!
