  I asked for a plumber to come out to adjust my PRV valve. He could not find my PRV valve and told me to ask my neighbors where it is. He told me he could not get water pressure off the front faucet because it was spraying everywhere. He told me he could not drain my water heater because it was out of warranty and, due to age it should be replaced. He cleaned the faucet filter/aerators in three faucets, which helped the one that was at a trickle to have some pressure again. I asked about the water pressure and he asked if I had another outside faucet. I do so he then checked the water pressure and it was on the low end of acceptable. I paid for one hour labor and still had low pressure which was the reason I called in the first place. I then called the City of Keller and they came to check the water pressure for me, and then went above and beyond and also found my PRV valve. They adjusted it up for me so my pressure in the house is now much improved. The city also told me the reason the front faucet was spraying so much water is because the hose bib was cracked. I then had to call another plumber who replaced the hose bib on the front faucet that was spraying, drained my water heater that is still working perfectly, repaired a drip that was caused by my much improved water pressure:), and found that my shower handle was partially frozen and needed the valve replaced. If Deaton's plumber had done what I asked to begin with they would have gotten the money for the hose bib, the faucet repair, etc. I do not recommend Deaton Plumbing.

  He and his apprentice charged $1200 to readjust a rubber ring in the tub, cracking the drain in several places and replace a 24" cabinet sink. They took 2 hours to do a half hour job, mostly because they talked too much.
