- SMShawn MorrisMar 15, 20222.0I only give McCarty the second star because the work was not terrible. I had them do all the electrical for a new build in Huntsville. If you have infinite time and can wait around for weeks on end, McCarty may be a good fit for you. They take FOREVER to call you back, respond to emails, put you on schedule. They send one guy to do the rough wiring for the entire house. It took him weeks. They will not put me on schedule for warranty even two weeks out. This place is a joke and Kieth the owner should be embarrassed.

Called McCarty 5 minutes after they opened sent a picture of the breaker box long story short James was at my house in less than an hour and by 3:00 new breaker box was installed. Second time I have used Keith and his crews. First time was for major renovation. Could not be more pleased this company is first class highly recommend them.

They came out to look at a job where I needed a circuit breaker installed. Told me they would give an estimate. Never got the estimate, even after calling the office several times. If you can't do the job, then just tell me, so I can look elsewhere. I can't evaluate their work because we never got that far. I finally called BT electric who had it done a week after coming out. Took them 3 hours. That is who I would recommend.
