  I have no complaints about their installation of our water well 5 years ago. In fact, all of the guys were great. My complaint is a recent service call that turned out to be ants in the switch. For 30 minutes of their time, I was charged $200 plus tax (we live 10 minutes outside of Huntsville City). When I called to pay and questioned the taxes charged on a residential service, the office woman disputed the charge saying that's what their tax auditor told them to charge. When I advised her that it's illegal in the State of Texas to charge the tax, she became rude and angry, but agreed to remove the tax charge. However, I was still charged $200 which (after calling around to other businesses) is much higher than the $125-$150 that other companies charge for the same service. Unfortunately, they've lost us as a customer.

  This company is great,everything from customer service to the guys that come out to work on your well is top notch . They do great work and are quick to get you back and running again. You won't make a mistake using them

  Andre, Matthew and all the people there are the best. We live a good distance away and they drive all the way out here to help us. Always pleasant on the phone and always seem to want to help us. If I ever need another well drilled I will call Holley Well Srvc. Never once have they let me down. During the big freeze they came and fixed our frozen well. Y’all rock! Thank you so much!
