  Tom and Susan were great to work with. It took me almost a month to decide on what floors I wanted and they were helpful and patient. The installers arrived timely and communicated well. They cleaned up and even mopped our floors before leaving. Great experience.

  5 Star Floors installed hardwood flooring throughout our entire home (except the bathrooms). They originally told us it would probably take 5 days to complete, but they had it done in only 3 days! The crew was punctual and professional and the whole process was very smooth. The end result is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely use 5 Star Floors for all our flooring projects from now on.

  A friend of ours recommended Five Star Floors when we mentioned replacing all of the carpet in our new home. I’m so glad they did, because Five Star Floors did an outstanding job! Both Tom and Susan were so helpful in guiding us through our decisions and they worked diligently to accommodate our schedule as we navigated the purchase of our new home. Their install team was reliable and professional at all times and their workmanship is top notch. Communication was excellent throughout the process and we’re looking forward to working with them again as we continue renovations. Thank you!

  Tile replaced in two bathrooms and kitchen. Very pleased with everything. Tom assisted with even getting us a plumber to install new fixtures. Demo and new installation was done by courteous, hard working crew and the new tile looks beautiful. Help with picking out our tile was done at the store in Atascocita. Lea coordinated details with us by phone and she was wonderful. Would definitely work with these folks again.
