  Windsanity installed a new mini-split in our ADU after our old unit stopped working, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Before calling them, I got quotes from a few other companies. Everyone was professional and seemed sincere, but the prices were so high we would've needed to take out a loan just to cover it. Windsanity came in at about a third of the cost — and since mini-splits are their specialty, I felt confident in their expertise from the start. Communication was excellent throughout. They answered all my questions upfront, and scheduling was easy and flexible. The technician showed up right on time, did a clean installation, and even took the time afterward to walk me through how the unit worked. A nice touch was that they followed up after the job to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Great price, great service, and a company that clearly knows mini-splits inside and out. Highly recommend!

  They were there at my place the next day like they said they would be. They found the problem, sent videos and did not charge me an arm and a leg for service. Other HVAC companies would not even show up and also wanted thousands to replace my unit which was not the solution. Highly recommended.
