  I’m so appreciating the care, promptness and efficacy of the individuals represented Window World. They’ve made the experience of replacing my old windows so amenable, particularly because I had concerns around cost, quality and timeliness. They already came highly recommended by neighbors, and I can happily confirm that the professionalism and care were what I experienced through your this process. So much so, that I recommended them to another neighbor needing to replace her windows and balcony door. I’m very pleased with their work and appreciate the reduction of noise, along the reduction of heat exchange. I look forward to many years of window-enjoyment!

They completed the work on schedule, and the quality of both the windows and the installation exceeded our expectations.   I reached out to window world for a quote on new windows after receiving a RIDICULOUSLY high quote from a different company. Dan Trader came over and I was SOLD! Very straight forward without pushy sales tactics. We got everything set up for financing and installation. The new windows look AMAZING. I couldn’t be happier.

  I asked for an exam of the caulking around my windows. It has discolored and cracked significantly after installation a couple of years ago. An appointment was set up that fit my schedule. Inspector confirmed the appointment and greeted me upon arrival. We looked at several of the windows and he continued on his own for several of the lower floor windows. He also looked at several on upper levels and found the same condition. We got back together to discuss the corrective measures. He agreed that some of the caulking had deteriorated and recommended scraping that part away. It would be replaced with new caulk as needed. Then the discolored caulking and the new caulking would be covered with a primer coat. Then he recommended I could cover the primer coat with matching trim paint. I would need to cover all the caulk with the matching trim paint. I guess I should have done that when the original caulk was put in place. The inspector was very courteous and easy to follow as he explained what needed to be done. As we said our goodbyes he mentioned he might return with the work crew that comes to complete the repairs. Great guy. New friend.

  My technician, Floyd did a wonderful job repairing my window yesterday. He was so kind and respectful and even took the time to show me how the windows work. I highly recommend Window World as they really stand behind their life time warranty. I would have given them 4 stars but I was a little disappointed it took 2 weeks to get a technician out. In my opinion that's too long to wait with an open source to the outside. Being a frail senior citizen there was no way I secure the window to the outside elements and thank goodness a neighbor came and helped. I think my situation should have been considered an emergency. Other than that, I received great service from Floyd my technician.
