  Henry was amazing!! He was very neat, polite, knowledgeable, and personable. He was done very quickly and cleared up the problem with my sliding glass door right away! Henry displayed a very warm and positive personality, he was singing as he worked. Definitely an A++++ employee! Awesome Henry, my dogs and I thank you very much! Stay safe and blessed sir!

  Installers that arrived to install my windows were very professional, friendly, efficient and respectful of the area they were working in. 6 windows installed within a few hours and zero mess was left. Even though it was 4:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon in Houston Texas Heat they were all very polite and friendly. Hopefully they're the installers I get for the next set of windows.

  We purchased windows from Window World back in 2022 for our entire home. My husband called them a week ago because he had accidentally burned holes in one of our screens with our leaf blower. When we called, Window World reminded us that part of our purchase included a yearly inspection of our windows and free screen replacements as needed. We scheduled an appointment, and Cory was scheduled to come out within the week. We received reminder emails, and a phone call from Cory on the appointment day to let us know when he would be out. He arrived punctually, and Cory was very professional throughout the visit. He inspected all of our windows - inside and out. He caulked two windows that needed caulking. He replaced the screen with the holes, and he fixed one of the screens that wasn’t sliding smoothly. Cory was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with throughout his visit. I highly recommend Cory!

  My experience with Window World has been excellent and very, very professional from the initial contact and quote from Derrick all the way through the installation process. The installers were fast, 2 1/2 hours, clean, thorough and meticulous! I've had previous quotes from Anderson as well as Power, and Window World provided basically the same exact windows, except theirs were double hung, for less than a third of both of those companies quotes! I highly reccommend Window World!

  After exploring all my options with replacing 27 window and a sliding glass door we went with Window World. Look there are a lot of window replacement companies which are probably very good. What you get with Window World, is the one thing none of the others can do. Its called peace of mind. Here is the big difference between the two. If a window fails or breaks Window World replace it. No questions, no agreements, no bickering. See other companies will replace the window after you have it out with the manufacturer but they charge you for there labor. (Which can be very expensive even for the labor alone) Not at Window World you call give the window number and in a few weeks they come out and replace that piece. Instalation was 5 hours fast done right. Two windows where the wrong size. I had factored that in because it was such a big job. No problem Window realized this before Instalation so they remeasured and in less than 3 weeks those windows where installed. The installers where very professional and efficient. They showed up when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would do. Window World actually made the whole process a very pleasant experience. Trust me I was not expecting things to go that smoothly but it did. Like I said you can go with any window instalation company but are they installing there windows or some else product. Go with Window World you won't regret it. I have putting this off for years and I wish I had done this years ago.
