  I am so HAPPY with my new roof!!! It makes my house look brand new! Patrick, the representative who came out and inspected my roof and quoted me the cost, did an excellent job explaining the cost, products used, and installation process. Richard, the project manager, and his crew did an excellent job installing the roof. The process went exactly as they said it would and the roof was installed in ONE day!

  This company did a great job on installing my roof. They have excellent team from the roof inspector/adviser to the manager and crew and the owner. great communication and customer service.

  I am writing this to warn others about a deeply concerning experience I had with a sales representative named Emilio Wright.What began as a standard sales meeting escalated into what I consider to be harassment: Refusal to Leave: After I explained that I was gathering quotes and could not commit, Mr. Wright refused to leave my home. He went so far as to question the validity of a personal appointment I had to attend. Unannounced Residence Visit: The following day, he returned to my house unannounced and again refused to leave until I threatened to involve law enforcement and closed the door on him. Persistent Unsolicited Contact: Despite being blocked, he continued to call and text me repeatedly. Even after I attempted to lodge a formal complaint with the office, he bypassed my block by calling from a secondary, different number.This behavior is predatory, unprofessional, and has made me feel unsafe in my own home. I would strongly advise against doing business with a company that permits this level of invasive and persistent behavior from its staff.
