  Felicia was our sales rep and she was great! She went over all the options and helped us get exactly what we wanted. The installation went perfectly! We’re very happy with all of it and have already put it to good use.

  Had a great experience with Tuff shed! Went in so that I could get a full understanding of how everything worked and the team was really helpful. I especially liked working with Felicia! She walked me through the entire process and showed me how everything was done. I’m excited for my new office!

  I normally don’t write bad reviews for anyone, but I was really interested in getting a shed from here. I called on a Friday, spent 15 minutes giving all my info, and was promised a callback that never happened. The next day, I went to the location, only to find it closed despite posted hours. I called again, spent another 30-40 minutes repeating everything, and again got no callback. I wasted time on the phone and going in person, and after a week, I missed the sale. I’m really disappointed in the lack of follow-through.

  I have no words for Mrs Diamond who helped us picking our Tuff Shed and answering all of our questions in the process. A HUGE shout out to Mr Lazaro and Mr Ariel they did an AMAZING installation even when some cutting and measurements were not accurate they fixed it themselves. They were very attentive and making sure my husband and my self were satisfied with the job. Great quality and exactly what we were looking for.
