Like one of the previous posters said, they pick up the phone then hang it up. This happened to us a for almost 2 weeks trying to get someone on the phone. No return calls when you leave a message (if you can get someone to answer - which is rare) No email response etc. not sure whats going on there but I will not be recommending them to anyone. Terrible customer service
