  Would NOT give a quote before coming to my house even though I expressed concern, discomfort, and feeling pressured. Siad they dont have standard pricing. When I finally agreed to let them come to my house, they then tried to get me to sign up for their subscription service ($129 for priority scheduling and some other meaningless "perks") but still wouldn't quote a price for the job I actually needed. Tech comes to my house, is here for less than 30 minutes and then quotes $940 to replace 2 faucets (that doesnt include materials, I had already purchased those). Insane.

  My overall experience with TQP was great. I was met with a smile, utmost respect and professionalism from the initial inspection phase conducted by, Erick and throughout the service repairs which were completed by Vini. Both, demonstrated a high level of knowledge about the services needed, and they maintained a smooth and seamless line of communication throughout the entire service. Not to mention, both gentrlmen was always eager to answer any questions, at anytime. *There was an oversight brought to their attention and I was assured it will be followed up on tomorrow. Orherwise, based on my experience with these two professionals and Texss Quality Plumbing, as a whole - I do recommend TQP for your future plumbing needs. Again, Thanks

  They did a great job. Recommend I previously left a positive review for Texas Quality Plumbing because, at the time, I believed the service had been completed properly. Unfortunately, I have now discovered that the work was not fully completed. What is even more concerning is that my insurance company already paid Texas Quality Plumbing for the service, and I was also charged separately and paid them myself. I am now trying to get clarification and have this situation resolved, but the company is not responding to my messages or attempts to contact them. I am very disappointed because I initially had a positive impression of the company and took the time to leave a good review. I am hoping that by updating my review, someone from Texas Quality Plumbing will finally contact me and help resolve this matter fairly. I would be happy to update my review again once this issue is properly resolved.

  I was experiencing clogged drains and called Texas Quality Plumbing to take a look. Richard and Sergio came out to my house quickly and with camera inspection saw tree root intrusion and a belly forming with the sewage mail line pipe. Within a week, Sergio and his crew dugout and replaced the pipe and resolved the drainage issues. Both Richard and Sergio were very pleasant, knowledgeable, skilled, and accommodating to work with. I was most impressed with Sergio thinking ahead, he proactively installed a second clean out to remedy any potential clogs or issues in the future given all the trees on and near my property. Job well done and highly recommend Richard and Sergio at Texas Quality Plumbing. I even signed up for the maintenance plan for future plumbing services.

  UPDATE: Changing my review back to 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After my previous experience, I had lost trust and changed my original 5-star review to 1 star. Yesterday, after waiting all day for a technician who never arrived, I finally drove to the Texas Quality Plumbing office and met the owner, Joe. Joe asked me to give him one last chance to make things right. He promised, in writing, that he would personally come to my house the next morning, investigate what happened, and make sure my outstanding projects were taken care of. And he kept his word. At 8:00 AM this morning, Joe was at my door. He personally inspected the water leak and gas line project, stayed until his technicians arrived, explained exactly what needed to be done, and even gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any further issues. Catalina and Jose did an excellent job completing the work, and my new gas stove is now installed and working! I couldn't be happier with the final result. I especially want to thank Joe. Problems can happen in any business, but what matters to me is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Joe went above and beyond to personally resolve my concerns and demonstrated what true customer service, accountability, and care for customers should look like. Thank you, Joe, Catalina, and Jose! I'm very happy to change my review back to 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ UPDATE: I am changing my original 5-star review to 1 star until this is resolved. My first experience with Texas Quality Plumbing was excellent, which is why I trusted them enough to pay upfront for additional projects. Unfortunately, that trust has now been broken. I paid for a gas line installation through the attic, including closing the ceiling openings afterward, and for repair of a water leak in my front yard. I was also specifically told not to pay Home Depot to remove and haul away my electric stove because Texas Quality Plumbing would handle it. I relied on those promises and ordered a gas stove from Home Depot. The front yard water leak has still not been repaired. When I contacted Brayan/Vini, he acted as though he had no knowledge that this work was part of the job, as if I had only paid for a water heater installation. The gas line was scheduled for Wednesday. No one showed up. The company apologized and asked me to reschedule because the technician had been double booked. I agreed to Friday and confirmed the appointment with Jocelyn Thursday evening. Friday morning, I contacted Brayan/Vini to ask what time he was coming and was told Jose was on the way, but Brayan was not coming. After spending an entire week waiting around their scheduling problems, I finally told the company that Brayan/Vini is no longer permitted on my property and asked them to send another technician and provide confirmation that someone would actually come. My concern is simple: the company accepted payment upfront for work that has not been completed, while repeatedly rescheduling me because technicians are being sent to other properties. I should not be the customer who is always asked to wait simply because my projects have already been paid for. I originally trusted this company enough to give them 5 stars, purchase their membership, and hire them for additional work. At this point, I no longer trust the way they manage their scheduling or paid projects. If Texas Quality Plumbing completes the work I already paid for, I will update this review accordingly. If they are unable or unwilling to perform the water leak repair and gas line installation, then I expect a full refund for those projects. Companies should not collect full payment upfront for work they cannot reliably schedule and complete.
