  Rogelio and his coworker did an awesome job repairing our gas line on July 7th! Centerpoint happened to be next door at another home on our street and Rogelio was able to coordinate with them to have both our gas line and centerpoints line get repaired simultaneously. He did an awesome job not only communicating with me but driving the effort on both sides so the two teams could work together. It took less than two hours to get the effort done from start to finish which was super speedy. Rogelio was very kind and came inside to walk me through how to light the hot water heater and turn back on the gas within the house. I appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail. The people at Texas quality plumbing are great! My main complaint/feedback for the company is that when trying try call the direct line, you get routed to an AI agent that seemingly tries to trick you into thinking it's a real person with background call center noise. I don't appreciate that and really encourage Texas Quality Plumbing to maintain the human element of customer service and make it easier to get in touch with a real individual as I was never able to find a way to do that when calling the main number. Overall, I would use Texas Quality Plumbing again.

  Called to get a slow leak fixed at 90⁰ angle 3/4 inch pvc pipe (off my hot water heater in my attic). VERY Hard sell on a house water softening system, would not take NO for an answer, after MANY hard No's and MANY MANY reason why not (that were none of his business) but couldnt seem to get past the water softener discussion, he offered a "band aid" price of $650. Couldn't say no thank you fast enough. I can fix this myself for under $5.00. Thought the good reviews I read meant this was a viable choice. I am now wondering if he wasn't offering an actual band aid??? ZERO stars for price & hard sell. 3 stars for timeliness. 5 stars for the A.I. reservation/scheduling system named Rusty. Averages out to 3 star review Came out for a quote in 2 hours, very prompt and good communication. Just have a giant checkbook ready.

  The two technicians, Arnold and Marco, worked very hard installing my new water softener system. They were professional, quiet, and worked well together. After they completed all the work, they left the areas clean like they found them. I give Texas Quality Plumbing five stars! Thank you for your excellent and reliable service. I recommend you to all those who need good repair and installation services. I know I can depend upon you.

  I had a great experience with Texas Quality Plumbing. Richard performed a thorough diagnosis of my water heater and took the time to explain the issue and answer my questions. I appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Vini completed the installation of the new gas valve and pilot assembly. He did an excellent job, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was operating properly before leaving. The entire process was smooth, and the team was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Thank you to Richard, Vini, and the entire Texas Quality Plumbing team for providing honest, quality service. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

  (My first review is Sergio and Jacob did a good job and worked very hard to help us) I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star because I am very disappointed with my experience. I was told that around 30 feet of pipe would be replaced, but after I went into the tunnel and recorded videos, what I observed did not appear to match what I expected. It appeared that only part of the pipe was repaired rather than replaced. I was also expecting the work to go all the way to the kitchen as discussed, but that did not happen. From beginning to end, the project was frustrating and disappointing due to poor communication and unmet expectations. I hope the owner contacts me directly and takes time to understand my concerns.
