  After two years the chalking started molding and the shower head became blocked. A serviceman came out to look at the issues. He said someone would contact me whether it was under warranty. No one has gotten back to me whether they would fix the issues or not. I texted the lady at Statewide that I haven't received a response, and I still haven't received a response. I'm going to say there's POOR customer service in my case!

  Great service. New walk-in shower installed in one day. High quality materials and workmanship!The installation crew laid down floor covering and covered bathroom counters. They removed old shower unit and cleaned up like they were never there! I have had two walk in showers installed and both are fantastic!

  Two years ago, I had my garden tub/shower converted into a walk-in shower by Statewide. Before the work was completed, I specifically asked the contractor whether the caulking would last, and I was assured that it would. Unfortunately, after only about eight months, the caulking began to loosen and lift. Due to my busy schedule, I was unable to report the issue immediately and contacted the company after about a year. At that point, I was informed that the caulking was not covered under the lifetime warranty. In addition to the caulking issue, the shower shelving began to come loose and fall. A contractor has been sent out twice to reinforce the shelves, but they are still loose today. Despite speaking with several representatives from Statewide, the problems have not been properly resolved. Considering the amount I paid for this walk-in shower, which does not even have a door, I am very disappointed with the quality of the workmanship and the lack of a lasting solution. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would.
