  Please beware: Peace of Mind Electrical Services, LLC, illegally installed my generator by applying for the electric and transfer switch permits then letting them lapse - no inspections, no follow through. There was also no attempt to pull the plumbing permit for the gas company. Owner, Richard Peinado, misrepresented himself, charged me for the permit(s), and when I recently reached out to him three times he refused to engage with me and take accountability. Complaint filed with TDLR. I have to hire a company to do "after the fact" permits and inspections to fix his mess. Next, BBB, Yelp, and wherever else I can go to warn others. Owner responds I'm not their customer. I have a stack of invoices and a copy of an electrical permit "application" that prove otherwise.

  If you are looking for prompt, polite, and professional electrical company, with high standards, this is it!! I was very impressed with their professionalism, top service, courtesy and attention to detail. The cost of the work performed was very competitive and reasonable. $$ I always dread home repairs due to high cost, but I didn’t have to break the bank. He carried out the work in a first class manner and the work was very neat and tidy. This is always a plus for me!! First class on communication as well. Richard takes the time to ensure that everything is understood and that you are nothing less than a satisfied customer. I will be recommending Peace of Mind Services to my friends, family, or neighbors when they need any electrical and security services.
