- DLDavid LeeMay 11, 20261.01 Star – Extremely Disappointed Scam experience from start to finish. I scheduled an appointment for my AC unit and clearly explained the issue over the phone before the technician even arrived. Despite already knowing the problem description ahead of time, the technician spent nearly 3 hours trying to figure out what was wrong and still couldn’t identify the issue. On top of that, they said they would arrive at 3 PM but didn’t show up until after 4 PM. I had already left the site and had to come back because the technician still couldn’t locate the problem after hours of inspection. Within 5 minutes of returning, I personally spotted the leak and pointed it out to the technician myself. Even after that, they still charged me for 2.5 hours of labor spent looking at other AC units that had absolutely no issues. 24 hours later, after still not receiving a repair quote, I had to call the company myself for an update. That’s when I found out the technician had submitted the repair request incorrectly and never even informed the company about the actual issue — a cracked AC drip tray that needed repair. Now it has been almost a week with no proper follow-up, no accurate repair quote, and no resolution. Between the late arrival, inability to diagnose the issue, incorrect paperwork, and wasted labor charges, this was one of the most unprofessional service experiences I’ve dealt with. I would not recommend this company.

When they left, everything is working great and back to normal. All the trash, debris were picked up and the area was cleaned up. Great work, guys and thank you, Northwind👍
