Roberto was exceptionally thorough and explained the full scope of my issue and maintenance to consider. I was a first-time customer this visit, but I’ll be calling on Northwind for help with any future issues.

They were at my house by 4:30, corrected what the other company never did and cool again. Great, great job, came out today and replaced drain pan. Great, efficient service at a fraction of what other company charged to do the same thing...

They were very quick to respond, very professional, and took time to explain my options for the needed repair and the long term needs of my system. My system is dated (about 20 years) and I know it is reaching a point for replacement, however it was nice that they didn’t just push me to move forward with that kind of purchase right away. It’s relieving to have found a trustworthy company that is willing to work with me for long term planning and not just trying to sell me a new system. I will definitely be calling again next year when I ready to take the plunge of the new system replacement.
- TSTed SonnierJun 29, 20265.0Ac unit had shutdown. Josue Villarreal called with an approximate arrival time and was right on time. He took time to inquire about my issue, very pleasant. He inspected the entire system diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution with a cost on site. Gave the approval and with a short time had the system up and running.A Great experience. Heard the Northwind Air Conditionig service advertised on the Michael Berry radio show.
