  As an architect, I was very impressed with Miguel and his crew. I've worked in the industry a very long time, but I've never seen a contractor take this level of care and attention to his work. When I contracted him to remodel my kitchen and replace all the water lines throughout the house, his crew knocked it out in about a month. If issues arise during construction, he let's you know right away. The house I remodeled is very old, with a lot of hidden issues behind the drywall that I never would have caught without the thorough work of Miguel and his crew. I can even say he saved the house, considering how a previous owner loved to DIY and the seller loved to hide major issues. His work was professional and very detailed! I'll definitely be using Miguel on future projects.

  I hired Mendiola Remodeling and Construction to paint the exterior of my house and put a tongue in groove bead board ceiling on my patio. The amount of prep that went into painting was extraordinary. Every single nook and cranny was prepped with high quality caulk (especially where the siding meets the brick). They used a special caulk that does not crack over time like regular caulk and high quality paint. The craftsmanship and professionalism of Miguel and all his workers was outstanding. They showed up every day and the job was competed in the agreed upon time. The finished product looks great and I would highly recommend this company to anyone doing a home improvement project.

  I recently had Mendiola Remodeling complete fascia repair, minor roof leak repairs, and some floorboard installation work at my home. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. They were professional, communicated clearly, and did great work. The repairs were done carefully, and the finished work looks solid and clean. I'm very satisfied with the outcome. They addressed the roof leak issues, repaired the fascia, and installed the flooring properly without cutting corners. You can tell they care about doing quality work.
