  Kyle was very informative and thorough in describing issues that needed to be repaired; once he discovered what repairs were needed, it was done expeditiously. Definitely 5 stars!!! Highly recommended!!!

  First time reaching out to Malek. Topher was great! He was patient and took the extra time to explain the risks and also made great recommendations. Will be reaching out to Malek again for any AC, plumbing, or electric concerns.

  Had a major leak causing us to shut the water off to the house and of all days a Saturday night. Contacted Malek and sent Kyle over as quickly as possible. I greatly appreciated the communication and honesty about a time frame that he would arrive and was informed. Once Kyle got here he did his best to get us fixed to have water running.
