John Moore My experience with John Moore was the worst. I called them to fix a clogged AC line. They “fixed” it by replacing the drain lines, doing something under the bathroom sink and replacing the pan under the AC. That night, we had zero cool air. Hotter than hades. The next day they arrive 3 hours past the appt window. Fifteen minutes later, they tell me, “just a loose wire.” AC back. The day after that, leak in the bathroom under sink where the AC drains. Miracle of miracles, “that is a separate issue” not related to what they did, but it needs to be fixed and it’s only going to cost us another $2,000 - tomorrow! The next day, they come out and fix it by rerouting the drain line away from the sink. A week goes by and now the ceiling in my bathroom has caved in and water is dripping in the bathroom. All for about $4,000, I learned the hard lesson that I will NEVER again call John Moore. Hopefully, I can save you money and a huge headache. I don’t recommend John Moore. From the AC guys to the plumbers, they literally screwed up, made much worse, and in some cases broke everything they touched (and apparently, some things they didn’t touch). In the meantime, do you know a good plumber, drywall, and painter? I’ve got a huge headache!

Carlos came out to address the issues that were discovered with the electrical system from my home inspection report. Carlos was very knowledgeable about the electrical system and went to work immediately. He explained the issues to me, he even pointed out some things that were overlooked during the home inspection. Thank you Carlos for being thorough and for properly servicing all of the repairs for my electrical system. Thank you! I signed up for the $69 A/C Tune Up special. Ray (Reda) went over the $69 and the $99 tune-up specials, pointing out the perks of each deal. The $99 deal sounded better to me so I selected it. After Ray completed the inspection, he explained his findings and pointed out all of the issues along with repair recommendations. I told Ray which issues I wanted to address and he performed the repairs perfectly! He is so enthusiastic, I loved his cheerful spirit. Thank you Ray for showing me how to operate my thermostat, I appreciated it!

My technician Eric R. was very courteous and knowledgeable and he was also very thorough in checking out my ac system for the upcoming summer months. Eric was also was very meticulous in how he did his work and took time to go over various issues concerning my ac system, but he didn’t try and convince me of having to get things done immediately. He left those matters with me and gave me options as I may need them. I appreciate his awareness and his courtesy in how he handled everything. He also told me about their twice a year service which includes a heating check up which I decided to go ahead with in advance. I would recommend Eric to others who are searching for someone to service their ac unit and I hope to see him back this fall. Thanks again John Moore and thanks Eric!

I needed my Clean-Out cleared. Am appointment was set and the technician came out. He first asked me if I had been given any prices when I set the appointment. After telling him no, he offered 3 options, the cheapest being $139.00 to snake the Clean-Out. I took the cheapest option. 2 days later my bathtub upstairs started backing up. I again called John Moore and while scheduling a new appointment to see if the back up upstairs was due to the service I received a week ago, I was told that I should have only been charged $49.95 for the kitchen sink services. So, despite their commercials, John Moore is not about helping families and being honest, it is about subterfuge and conning people. DO BETTER, JOHN MOORE. Taking advantage of a senior on a fixed income is reprehensible. PS: will provide second part, once we see if the first guy messed up the repairs.

Was very disappointed with John Moore company staff....seen all the great commercials that shows they are real n caring but infact real life here it's everything but that...got sucked in and decided to give them a try for the ac tune up and maintenance for $69 (the yearly membership was even better) made the appt and got it set they put us down for 12noon-5 pm i stated we had grandsons baseball game at 7pm and was no problem. Husband took off work half a day and was home by 1230 and waited for them they call at 3pm staying they were behind and not sure when a tech could get out to us and tried to reschedule for the next day or day after that which wouldn't work for us bc my husband took half a day off already and couldn't ask again for another day or two in a row, the lady stated she was sorry but could get us in the next day which we kept saying that will not work she didn't seem sympathetic much at all so we just canceled the appt all together if they couldn't accommodate us on our appt day, first impressions are EVERYTHING to a potential future customer and this 1st impression was not a good one at all!!! After reading all the reviews, which weren't very good, we were very pleased n happy to know we did the right thing im not using them...they should be ashamed of themselves bc their commercials dont hold up to their word. They lost a future customer plus some bc if we liked them n did a good job we would of referred them to our huge amount of family members as well...do better john moore!!!
