Called a few days ago because we had an overflow in our AC line. We were told someone would come the next day between 8-12pm. The time window came and went and no one showed up. I called and and was told there is no time window but we were still on the schedule for the day. Someone finally showed up close to 4pm and turns out it was a plumber since whoever answered the phone put the incorrect notes on the account. She put down that we had a "clogged pipe". We had to wait again for the HVAC person. He came, gave us an estimate and another time window (8-10am)for the following day, we paid half of the amount we were quoted. Again, the time window came and went and no one showed up. Got a message after the time window that said our time window was now starting at 2pm. My wife and i took off work and no one showed up. At around 3:30pm got another text message thanking me for an appointment scheduled for the following day!! We called yo cancel and get a refund, the person on the phone was very rude and sounded annoyed and told us we needed to call a different number. We were then told by that number that we needed to call back in 3-5 days to make sure we got our money back. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, wasted days off from work for nothing. We will never use them or recommend them again. We are waiting for our refund!!!

Hey John Valentine! I've been wanting to leave this review for a few years now and I wasn't going too, but your commercials are so fake and I can't take it anymore. You left my 96 year old grandfather without water to his kitchen for two weeks while you waited for parts to come in AND IT WASN'T EVEN NECESSARY! My dad came by your office to talk to you about it and you refused to speak to him. Thankfully, one of your supervisors was walking by and asked my dad if he could help him. He told your employee what was going on and he came out and fixed it himself. You're people turned off the water of an elderly couple FOR NO REASON! The fact that you wouldn't even speak to my dad is also unacceptable. Your commercials make me sick and I'm so tired of seeing them, you don't care about your customers because if you did, you'd have spoken to my dad that day he came to your office. He waited for an hour and you never came out of your office to speak to him.

Definitely ZERO Stars! I would avoid John Moore Plumbing. We were inticed by all of the ads John Moore runs. They talked us into replacing 50ft drain pipe because we had holes and this way the work would be warrantied. After the work was done, we began getting a sink hole at the new cleanout they installed. We've tried for months to get them to put a camera down the pipe to see why we have a sink hole. They claim its from the dirt settling. The sink hole is only 6ft long and 1ft deep. If its settling, why isn't the whole 50ft settling? They won't allow us to have another licensed plumber because it would nullify the warranty/guarantee. We were talked into spending over $12,000 for this work. They say they stand behind their work and they are about customer service. If this was true, we wouldn't have to be consistently calling for months. The work was done March 2026. This is crazy. Please stay clear of this BIG company. We should have stayed with a local company. Hopefully, the BBB or Attorney General can help us get this resolved.

He didn't beat around the bush. He flat out told me what the problem was, got the part, installed the part, and quoted the price. Like he said, that he could have given me the " wll looks like you are going to need a new A/C. Eventually, I will need a new one, based on the life it has gone thru sof ar. But, then again, my wife and i have talked about selling and moving into a one or two bedroom appartment. I don't want to spend $5000 to $6000 on another unit, and then leave the place in 3-4 yrs. All in all, he did a great job, and If I may need any further assiatnce, with this unit, I'd like to get him back. I like his attitude and service style.

I contacted Abraham Martinez to let him know that all sheetrock had been removed to expose all pipes to get better assessment and sent sent him pictures. He called me to let me know that he had received the pictures. He refused to come to see the pipes, said pictures were enough for estimate. I then asked him for how long it would take for the job and he told me that he would not give me that information unless I signed the contract he sent me. He then asked me for my credit card information and pin #. He told me it was to buy material for project. I was not comfortable with that and had him give me his supervisors number. I contacted his supervisor the next day and he informed that is was customary to get a partial payment to start the job. The plumber Sebastian arrived and inspected the pipes and found that the pipes were fine and saw that one pipe did not have enough slope and fixed it. All the pipes were exposed but said he needed more of the sheetrock removed to fix the problem. I said I could do that as it would only take me a couple of minutes to that and he said he would take care of it. He finished the job and contacted his supervisor to let him know that the price had to be adjusted. After I paid and took the time to see the bill, I find out that I was charged over $500.00 for the piece of sheetrock he removed. I paid $200 to have all pipes exposed. Highway robbery!
