  I had a good experience a few years ago with John Moore so I thought I would get an estimate for a toilet replacement. WOW was I surprised by the quote(s) I received from them. I truly thought the representative had put the decimal point in the wrong place. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. Their estimate was literally 4 times the price that I paid the company I chose. I'm not sure what happened in the past few years with John Moore, but I was extremely pleased that their estimate was free!

  We had a plethora of John Moore employees swing through in the last two days. From Jaime who helped diagnose our system and come up with various levels of quotes for our budget and got everything set up to get us back cooling in record time, to Gildardo, Elivaldo, Dorian, and Jorge who removed, cleaned, installed and got everything working with our new AC system. They were all polite and courteous, and from the few times I've called this company out for various work on our new to us home, they have always delivered in a timely manner. Thanks guys, appreciate ya.

  I called due to a clog in my kitchen sink. Erick Rodriguez was the specialist who came out and he was exceptional! After his inspection, he explained the problem and provided optional plans and the cost for each service, which was reasonable. I ended up purchasing a membership for future disruptions, as my unit is older. Erick arrived on time, he was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend John Moore (Erick Rodriguez 10/10) for your home disruptions. I could not be more satisfied with the service provided! Sincerely, A satisfied customer 💜

  One of our central A/C units stopped working abruptly without notice. We called the appointment desk at noon, described the situation and were assigned a service call later the same afternoon. A/C service technician, Elijah, arrived at 5:15pm, assessed the situation and patiently and thoroughly explained the cause of the malfunction and offered several options for correction. The necessary replacement parts were on his service truck, Elijah thoroughly explained the parts, what he was doing and photographically documented the entire process. He carefully explained the removed/damaged parts to us before discarding them. The unit was repaired, thoroughly checked to make sure it was functioning properly. Elijah answered all of our questions concerning the work. We were very pleased with the professionalism of the entire staff and especially the care and attention of A/C service technician, Elijah.

  We had a small leak that seemed to be coming from an upstairs bathroom. I tried to find the leak myself, it sounded as if it was dripping behind the wall behind the toilet. I called John Moore. A master plumber came out checked it out and said it was leaking from the toilet. He "garanteed" it was that toilet.... We would have paid 1800.00 just for him to pull the toilet to replace a ring. He also checked my hot water heater cut-off valve in the attic which I took him to, told him where the light switch was , but it's 2 switches 1 for the lights 2nd is the power to the a/c & furnace they are labeled and exiting the attic turned off the power switch to my A/C unit which we didn't realize until About 2 hours later my husband had to call the A/C people to come out. The A/C technician let us know to check the power switch on his way to our home. Yep it was off. Called a cheaper Plumber who said he could do it for $250 AND let us know the leak could be coming from the A/C. The leak WAS coming from the A/C NOT the toilet... I'm giving a 1 star because a master Plumber "guaranteed" a $1800 problem that wasn't even the problem. Always get a 2nd or 3rd opinion if you have to so people just don't charge you for something you don't even need.
