  They sent someone to my house. He couldn’t wait he left they charge me $55 and didn’t do anything. They called me back and said they were charge me another $35 if I signed up two more service calls with them and then they call me back again. They said they’ll waive the $35 and do it for free they came and my wife couldn’t get to the door in time and the guy left again and they said this time they would not return and will not refund me my $55 This is bad service. I’ll never use them again.

  Technician was able to diagnose the problem and confirm it very quickly. The price to have them come out was fair. However they quoted me the repair at almost twice the price of two other quotes I received from very reputable companies. So I would be careful and not trust them without verifying that you are indeed getting a competitive quote on your repair or replacement.
