  Went recommended by my contractor. As we walked in no one greeted but a young little girl. Everyone was so busy at 9:01. Just opened. They were doing a taco order which is more important. After mins passed they asked for my contractor name and no one knew who that was. And the little girl Samara seached it. And they were like who cares kind way. Then upon me wanting to stay within budget and make sure I dont waste thier time or mine I wanted to be sure which ones to pick from. They sent Samara One of the girls told her which ones to send me to and gave her an idea... Again she was new and it was hot and I didnt want to waste thier time or ours. But we went anyways with her. I understand you have to learn to have the knowledge. she did very well and I thank her for her time, i encourage her to continue to learn and stay with the humble manners and not have the rudeness the office staff has. After someone else came to help samara she seemed upset as we interrupted her she was straight and forward she was very knowledgeable I can give her that she knew where things were and informed me well just if she would have bit more people skills would be great. Once she told me what I can pick from I thanked them and they left. When we made our selection I walked in and again. No one helped or asked how was it, did u find what u like, nothing. Again the guy in white shirt and 2 girls were ignoring us forcing Samara to attend to us. That to me is poor customer service. No eye contact, no smile, plain rudeness. Its sad to have a bunisess that makes lots of sales and have upfront staff with un welcoming manners besides samara I hope she leads and continues to show great manners and attention and doesnt follow the others.

  We’ve had a great experience working with Yesseli at Galaxy Stone. Even though our project isn’t finished yet, she has been amazing. She is patient, knowledgeable, responsive, even sent us home with samples so we could see how everything looked in our space before making a final decision, which was incredibly helpful. Her customer service has made the entire process much less stressful. We’re looking forward to seeing the finished product, but based on our experience so far, I highly recommend working with Yesseli!

  It was a long process to find the right stone but we finally found the perfect pieces to go in our new construction home. Tamer was super patient and knowledgeable. It helped so much to have him guide us through this process. They have a lot of inventory and the best prices we’ve seen around. Thank you again for your help!

  Great selection and prices . Bring an umbrella for sun exposure cause the yard is huge. Just what you want from a supplier.

  I would not recommend this company to anyone. I went today with a recommendation from my contractor. I need a 2cm slab. One slab. Sounds simple right? When I arrived, a salesman came out and waited on the steps for me to get out of my truck. I explained what I was looking for, and my price range, I would like to stay on the lower price side as I am retiring soon. I was shown where to look and was told to take pictures of the tags on the side. Ok, no problem. I made my choices and went back into the office. The man that initially helped me didn’t come out to finish helping me. Instead, a lady at the desk went through all I had taken photos of. Some only came in 3cm some were above my price range. That would have been nice to know while I was looking. It came down to 3 that came in 2cm were in my price range. I went back out to search for these again, mind you I am 67 and it was 91 degrees. After searching I finally got it down to one. I went back to the office to give them the number only to find out that was double my budget. Customer service is nonexistent. Go out and help your customers or they become non customers.
