  I would not recommend this company to anyone. I went today with a recommendation from my contractor. I need a 2cm slab. One slab. Sounds simple right? When I arrived, a salesman came out and waited on the steps for me to get out of my truck. I explained what I was looking for, and my price range, I would like to stay on the lower price side as I am retiring soon. I was shown where to look and was told to take pictures of the tags on the side. Ok, no problem. I made my choices and went back into the office. The man that initially helped me didn’t come out to finish helping me. Instead, a lady at the desk went through all I had taken photos of. Some only came in 3cm some were above my price range. That would have been nice to know while I was looking. It came down to 3 that came in 2cm were in my price range. I went back out to search for these again, mind you I am 67 and it was 91 degrees. After searching I finally got it down to one. I went back to the office to give them the number only to find out that was double my budget. Customer service is nonexistent. Go out and help your customers or they become non customers.

  I visited this store multiple times and my heart was set on one particular quartz countertop. Before I went to pay for the countertop I asked Mustafa if being stored outdoors, in the sun, heat, humidity and the rain affect the color and construction of the countertop. He said no we don’t keep them that long we’re constantly moving product. So when I went to purchase the quartz countertop that I had fallen in love with, I insisted they move a couple of the slabs to let me look through & find two slabs that were flawless only to discover I had fallen in love with a countertop that had been changed by the outdoor elements & began to show some green hues that could match my kitchen cabinets. I was greatly disappointed bcz I had searched and searched and Tamir said they could let 2 slabs sit out in the sun for a week or two to allow the sun to change them. What I heard was they would let 2 slabs break down or undergo a chemical reaction with the outdoor elements so that the resin and materials could breakdown essentially. Now I’m back to the drawing board bcz the unexposed slabs look nothing like the one single slab that had changed due to being stored outdoors instead of in a warehouse. The photo is the slab changed by being stored in the outdoor elements of weather and time. ****UPDATE***** Within 2hrs of posting an honest review of my experience at Galaxy Stone, someone from Galaxy stone contacted the contractor that I was going to have fabricate and install the countertop contact me to remove the honest review of my experience at Galaxy Stone. This type of behavior, I will not recommend, patronize or spend money here. In addition, I will find another contractor, fabricator & installer. Galaxy Stone has cost themselves and a contractor that I met on Facebook weeks after finding the countertop at Galaxy stone a potential client and money. And the kicker was they offered a whopping $100 off of my purchase if I removed my honest review. That’s not even 5% of what I was gonna purchase. Sorry not sorry.
