He’s definitely got a wealth of knowledge regarding all things flooring + the patience to share and explain it without all the annoying sales tactics or pressure. He walked me through every flooring option relevant to what my husband and I were looking for to replace all the carpet with in our new home and even provided on the spot ballpark estimates and encouraged me to take flooring samples, which I did! As soon as we made our final selections he moved quickly to ensure the new flooring could be completely installed before moving any of our stuff in. The installation team, led by Alejandro, did a tremendous job that completely transformed what was already our dream home! Just wish I took better before & afters. They made the whole process, from start to finish, easy and enjoyable. I can’t wait to work with them in the (hopefully near) future when we’re ready to replace the ugly tile in our kitchen and bathrooms LOL Thanks again guys!!!

Colby Goins: Very helpful, patient, and professional in dealing with the requested project to install second story residential laminate flooring and staircase treads. Material: Flooring material itself was of good quality with a very close match to the ground floor wood but examining a sample of the staircase nose piece, it appeared to have a thin layer of veneer that may wear faster than the laminate on the treads themselves. I'm sure it will be fine but time will tell. Labor: Kudos to the installation team, arrived on time and got the work done in two days, even with rain showers on the second day. Clean-up was thorough and the second story floors look great. Price: Colby worked with us to lower the cost due to major family financial events that forced an unforeseen adjustment to the floor replacement budget. Company: Fully supports military veterans based on the generous discount applied. Thank you Colby and Flooring Warehouse!
