Fantastic Carpet Services is a third-generation company serving the Houston Area since 1979. It was started by my grandmother,Thelma McGury and was run by my father, James W. McGury II. I have been involved with the business since the beginning and have owned the company since 1991. We are currently staffed with myself, James Walter McGury III; my wife Shari is the office manager; my uncle, Dave Bennett has retired after 40 year of service.

They were booked about a week out, but they were kind enough to fit me into their busy schedule, which I really appreciated. From the very first phone call, everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. When Jim arrived, he called ahead, introduced himself, and immediately made a great impression. He was respectful, personable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. The quality of work was excellent. He was very careful while moving throughout the house, making sure not to bump into or damage anything, and the carpets came out looking great. It’s refreshing to work with a local business owner who genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customers. As a veteran, I also appreciate businesses that support those who served, and that was another thing that stood out to me. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely use Fantastic Carpet Services again and would have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning.
