  Luis from Equipment Depot has been a solid support for us on site. He services our units regularly and always comes in ready to get the job done right. He’s a strong mechanic, knows what he’s doing, and you can trust the work he puts out. He’s also consistently on site when we need him and is always available on the phone, which really helps keep our operation moving without delays. On top of that, he has a great attitude. Easy to work with, respectful, and handles situations the right way. You can tell he’s very knowledgeable by how he approaches issues and explains things. He’s also been training Oswaldo, and that’s been going well. Oswaldo is picking things up quickly and showing a strong work ethic. Luis is doing a good job making sure he’s set up for success. Overall, Luis is reliable, knowledgeable, and someone we can count on.

  Honestly unlike some of the comments I’ve seen, I’ve been there twice and had a great experience. They treated me really well, I found what I needed, and for the things they didn’t have, the person who helped me gave me options and useful information. I felt very comfortable. They even made an exception to let me pay in cash because I was having issues with my cards. I definitely feel like I’ll keep coming back whenever I need something, and I would always recommend them. Thank you so much I felt right at home

  We had one of the worst service experiences i've seen in decades of doing business. The level of disrespect toward customers here is unbelievable. Repair costs kept increasing without any communication if approval, which is completely unacceptable. It felt like the goal was simply to replace as many parts as possible instead of properly diagnosing the actual problem. If you want accurate troubleshooting and honest communication, this is not the place. In my opinion, they may be good at replacing parts, but diagnosing issues correctly is clearly not their strenght. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

  Worst customer service experience! The girl who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and clearly did not want to help. I called to request a quote and she hung up on me. When I called back and explained that someone had disconnected the call while I was providing information for a quote, she said that it was her and said she would hang up again if I didn’t give her the information, even though I was already in the process of giving it. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.
