  I had Environmental Air come out last fall to check out my pool chiller because it stopped working. They were able to diagnose it as a motor issue, but the initial replacement cost was ~$1000-$1100 including parts and labor. I was able to find a replacement motor for $200-250, but the wiring was different than the original motor. Now that it’s summertime, I finally got around to having them come back out to get that hooked up properly. It cost an $450 for the trip fee + labor + working on a client-provided part. The rep was really nice and was able to get it working again. Overall, I was able to get it repaired by them for less than original $1000 they quoted (however, they don’t warranty the part since I bought it). Didn’t love trip fee, but they are based in Houston instead of The Woodlands, so it is a drive. Hopefully, the motors last several more years! Would still recommend to anybody needing their help. Professional, and reasonable to work with.

  They were called out as a third party inspection after all the issues I’ve had with my new build and they were amazing. Through and detailed in their findings. Really appreciate them and would recommend.

  The technician texted me ahead of time with his ETA and the office also called. He was professional and knowledgeable and gave me my full range of options.
