- JJJennifer Jones3 days ago1.0I signed up for yearly water heater a central air maintenance . I don’t think they have enough employees to honor home services. I sign up for yearly services. After cancellations on their point, to this date I have not had my water heater serviced.

- ASandrew SmallsAug 9, 20261.0Dishonest. Price gouging. 300 for a cap when already replacing blower motor. And 1600 for a psc motor is crazy. Told my Freon was low and outside unit wasn’t coming on. That was a lie. My subcool was spot on. Tried to sell me a whole system. As a former tech I was very disappointed how this company handled this call. Make enough money now to have people do the labor. But this was absurd. Paid 180 for the blower motor and put it in my self.

- BPbrian parrishJul 23, 20261.0I had a brand new system installed a year ago. After 1 year, the system started freezing up with ice all over the compressor. Repair techs have been out twice and say there is nothing wrong. The system freezes up, on average, 1 or 2 times per week. I have to turn it off for a couple of hours to let it thaw before it will work again. The last technician said I was using the wrong filter. That's interesting since Elmers are the one's who installed the filter. I spent a lot of money on the system and expect it to work beyond 12 months.
