We called on Wednesday morning when we noticed the sinks backed up and water on the floor in the master bedroom. We described the plumbing needs and explained that an ill family member would be arriving home from the hospital in the early afternoon. The David Hicks team was here in no time, evaluating and diagnosing the problem and working to remedy it. The issue was resolved in time for the family member’s return home. David Hicks’ response made all the difference on an otherwise personally challenging day. Thank you!
