  From my first consultation with Julie, to completion, we had an AMAZING experience! Julie made many trips to my home with different options and samples. She truly brought my vision to life. All of the installers on our job were communicative, hard-working, and trustworthy. They even worked on a Saturday to finish our wood flooring and until 10pm one night to finish installing our carpet. I cannot say enough great things about Carpet Giant! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Carpet giant has reasonable prices, no pressure sales reps nd fantastic installers. I’ve used them twice so far and will continue to reach out to Carpet Gioant all my future flooring needs. The installers were very professional and took care to clean the floor boards.

  Robert W came out on time. Measured and quoted same day, I paid deposit on the spot. Setup so carpet removed on separate day to make painters work easier. Was removed on time. Was installed on time. Carpet and padding installed as desired. By far one of the easiest contractors I had to work with for rehabbing a home. Zero negative things I can say about the entire process. Would recommend to anyone looking for new carpet or floors.

  They have the best pricing, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall process was really fast! I called for a general quote, and got that done over the phone, then 2 days later we had someone come out and measure and they gave me a more accurate quote, and the next day the carpet was installed! Very happy with the end product.
