  Working with Collins and his team with Bios Power Systems has been wonderful. They installed a new Generac Generator for us at our home, and made the entire process smooth, easy and quick. Their ongoing customer service and maintenance have been fantastic, and I just signed an extended service agreement with them because I trust them and they provide top quality excellent customer service. You can buy a generator from a lot of dealers, but getting the best follow-up service is critical. I know I can count on Bio Power Systems. I highly recommend Collins and Bios Power Systems.

  Collins and his crew were professional, friendly, respectful of my property , and worked diligently to do their part from start to finish on the installation of my Generac generator! I ran into issues trying to access online CenterPoint to request and pay for an upgraded gas meter. Collins sat at my kitchen table and worked with me and assisted me in communicating over the phone with entry level CP employees who basically could not assist . Collins continued using his account to resolve the issues I was having online. He supervised the job throughout the process and was awesome communicating with me in person, by text, and by email. I would highly recommend Bios Power Systems to purchase a home generator.
