  I had an under-slab leak after an extensive foundation repair and the first company I called gave me an astronomical quote. The foundation repair company recommended I call Thomas. He came out promptly, diagnosed the problem and gave me a price that was less than half the original quote. William, Anthony and Yancy did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.   It's not often that I take the time to write reviews, but All the Time Plumbing absolutely earned this one. We had a new refrigerator delivered to one of our rental properties in Cypress, and the Home Depot delivery team told us they couldn't hook up the ice maker because the water valve was "broken." Naturally, we thought we were looking at a plumbing repair before the refrigerator could even be used. I called All the Time Plumbing, and Thomas answered the phone himself. No call center, no endless menu prompts, just a friendly, knowledgeable plumber who took the time to listen. He gave me a reasonable ballpark price over the phone, explained their scheduling, and got us on the calendar for the very next day. Exactly as promised, they called when they were on the way and arrived within the scheduled time window. Here's what really impressed me. After taking a look, Thomas found that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the shutoff valve. The handle had simply worked itself loose. He reattached and tightened the handle, connected the refrigerator, tested the water line, made sure everything was working properly, and let us know there was no need to replace the valve. That level of honesty is becoming harder and harder to find. It would have been very easy to tell us we needed a new valve, charge for unnecessary work, and we never would have known the difference. Instead, Thomas chose to do the right thing. He was upfront, transparent, professional, and treated our property as if it were his own. From the first phone call to the completed job, the entire experience was exactly how a service company should operate. Friendly communication, prompt arrival, fair pricing, and, most importantly, integrity. As someone who values honest tradespeople, I can say with confidence that All the Time Plumbing has earned our trust. Anytime we have another plumbing issue at our rental property in Cypress, Thomas will be the first person we call. Thank you again for the outstanding service. It's refreshing to work with a company that still believes in doing what's right for the customer.

  I cannot recommend Thomas enough. After I started having issues with my water heater, he came to my home on very short notice and quickly diagnosed the problem. I was expecting to need expensive replacement parts and be out of hot water for at least two weeks until the replacement part arrives. He was honest, knowledgeable, and was able to get everything working again without replacing a single part. He took the time to explain what was wrong, answered all of my questions, and never tried to upsell me on repairs I did not need. It is refreshing to find someone who values honesty and quality workmanship. If you are looking for a reliable plumber who genuinely wants to help his customers, I would absolutely recommend him.   Owner and Gold Master Plumber which is the highest rating possible for a professional plumber is an outstanding person and honorable fair businessman. We had a water coming out of our light switch on the wall in the kitchen. We called a highly advised plumbing company John Moore an they came out and said we need to open up the wall at the switch because the leak was in wall. They cost around $1800. In addition the piping was cheap cooper and whole house need to have all the piping replaced at $34,000. We then called All the Time Plumbing and Thomas came out found the leak the leak in the attic in about 5 mins. He made the repair and cut out the pipe for inspection and found a correction wasn’t fitted correctly and that caused turbulence and which eroded the pipe. After cutting the pipe in half the copper piping in the house was high quality copper tubing did not need to be replaced. Thomas made the repairs for $489. We also had a gas hot water heater that would not stay lit. Thomas found it was over 13 years old and the top was rusting out. The next week we had him replace the heater, pan, piping and exhaust piping for $2200. All the Time Plumbing is the best of the best.
