  I had Ace doing a recaulking of a window. It was really hard to find anyone who was with the willing to do a minor work like this. They were quick efficient and were reasonably priced. I would definitely pick them for any other work around the house.

  Daniel was outstanding. Arrived on time and performed at a high level. He was very respectful of our property…cleaned up after he was finished. I inspected the job after he was done and was thoroughly impressed and satisfied. Well done!!

  I wish everything was as straightforward as arranging for help as it was with Ace Handyman. It just took one call and all was arranged. Daniel arrived on time and ready to go. He replaced my smoke detectors and a ceiling fan and did all of the work in under the estimated time. Best of all, the ceiling fan is balanced which is the first time that’s been true for any of fans I have had. I definitely will use them again in the future.

  Ryan was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed our attic stairs that had shifted and wouldn't shut properly. He exceeded our expectations and fixed the problem. We will most definitely use Ace Handyman Services again and ask for Ryan anytime we need more carpentry work done again. My husband and I were so impressed, that we will highly recommend Ace Handy Services to everyone!

  If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor, and my biggest piece of advice to anyone considering them is simple: stay away. When I called to discuss my concerns, the manager was incredibly rude and ultimately hung up on me. When I mentioned that I intended to leave a review, her response was sarcastic and dismissive—she replied, “Really? Aww,” before continuing with the same unprofessional attitude. As for Javier, the quality of work was unacceptable. He was disorganized, unreliable, and frequently showed up without notice or communication. Throughout the project, he regularly brought different workers to my home who appeared unvetted and unprofessional. What should have been a straightforward balcony repair turned into an even bigger problem, as the work ultimately created new leaks that did not exist before. When I attempted to address these issues with management, Mariana (if I recall her name correctly) was unwilling to listen. In fact, she informed me that the owner was sitting right next to her and listening to the conversation. Rather than showing concern or attempting to resolve the situation, they were defensive and dismissive. A little accountability and customer service would have gone a long way. I chose ACE because of its positive reviews and competitive pricing. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that the cheapest option is not always the best value. Looking back, I would have gladly paid more for a reputable company that delivered quality workmanship and stood behind its work. I cannot recommend this company and would strongly caution others before hiring them.
