  We had Billy Joe, the Master Plumber, come out to help us with our situation, and we really appreciated all the time he took with us. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and he took the time to answer every question and concern we had. He explained everything in a way that was easy for us to understand and never made us feel rushed. What I appreciated most was how honest and straightforward he was with us. He gave us his honest advice on how he thought we should approach our situation and never made us feel like he was just trying to sell us something. You can tell Billy Joe really knows his stuff. He is smart, experienced, and most importantly, genuine and trustworthy. He also went above and beyond what was asked of him, and we are very grateful for the extra effort he put in to help us. I really liked the guy and could tell that he genuinely cared about helping us. It's not often you come across someone like that. I would absolutely recommend Billy Joe and Accurate Leak & Line to my friends and family. Thank you, Billy Joe, for everything you did for us. We really appreciate it!!!

  We signed up for a water test to find a leak. Billy Joe was the master plumber who was assigned for the project. He inspected the issues and identified quickly that we were not in need of a water test that we actually had an HVAC leak that was going down the wall and pooling in our floor boards. He was incredibly honest and did not peruse unnecessary test and informed us of recommended next steps. We were not charged for the evaluation and the experience was incredible to deal with a company so honest. Billy Joe and the Accurate leak team should always be your first call with leak detection.

  It is both a pleasure and a privilege to write this review. I suspected there was a leak in the main water line between the meter and my house. Billy Joe from Accurate Leak Detection conducted a thorough inspection of both the main water line and the irrigation system and confirmed that neither had a leak. He continued investigating until he found the real source of the problem—a silent leak caused by a faulty toilet fill valve. True to their advertisement, there was absolutely no charge for the inspection. Billy Joe was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and determined to identify the issue rather than recommend unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend Accurate Leak Detection to anyone who suspects they have a water leak.

  Billy Joe Bristol and his team were fantastic. . Took care of our major water leak and were always available for any questions. Would recommend without hesitation..
