  Had a recent service with Mr. Skylar and Mr. Brandon. Very courteous and professional. During routine maintenance they found a genuine problem and were able to set me up a fix without me feeling like I was getting upsold. Absolutely recommend. Wanted to be sure I included the other members their electrical and hvac technicians who got my home taken care of. Mr. Bert, Mr. Jan, Mr. Josue, Mr. Marvin and Mr. Marlow. These men labored in my attic in the August, Texas heat, kept it all clean and tidy. I appreciate all of y'all.

  Michael and the A1 Team have done great work for me on my previous house in the Katy area. I was happy to see they serviced my new home past Magnolia They did quick and professional work as well as reviewed my home for pertinent recommendations on water quality. Very fair pricing that I gladly moved forward with their very reasonable and valuable maintenance plan. Definitely deserves highest recommendations.

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received today for Devon with A1. Wow!! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire inspection. I followed along for much of the visit, and it was clear that he took pride in doing the job the right way rather than rushing through it. He identified and explained a few items that had never been pointed out during previous maintenance visits, despite my system being inspected twice a year. That attention to detail gave me a great deal of confidence that my HVAC system was being evaluated properly. He patiently answered my questions, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed. The entire experience was professional, informative, and reassuring. It’s rare to come across someone who combines technical expertise with exceptional customer service, and he certainly did. I truly enjoyed the experience and wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding job he did. He is a tremendous asset to your company.

  Character shows when things go wrong more than when things go as planned. A1 Plus Service proved their character as a business. We had A1 come out to install two 20 amp circuits for a new enclosed patio. When trenching the guys cut through our sprinkler line. They told us right away and owned up to the error. This was a Friday and they got someone out on Monday to repair it. That’s where a business makes its mark in our opinion. The price was good and both teams who came out were very kind and cordial. Owning up to a mistake, then correcting it promptly, wins us over. Thank you!

  We had been having whole house power surges with whole house lights, fans, and appliances flickering on and off for almost 2 weeks. We had one electrician from A1 come out to tell us it is most likely either an issue with the AC (as we were having an issue with the house staying cool when AC would kick on and off with these surges) or an issue with centerpoint so get with them first and then call them back if issue still persists. Did both of those things. Issue still persisted and had to get AC capacitor replaced when it went out because of power surges. Had another electrician come out also from A1 and he told us this was an issue with Texas grid system and he wont be able to stop the flickering but best way to protect our appliances is to install an expensive bigger surge protector and get an extra grounding rod as well which would be a very expensive fix but wouldn’t even solve the problem of the lights flickering. Did not even look at our electrical panel or anything and just wanted to suggest an expensive fix. Had another electrician from a different company come out who took his time and explained that it was simply a few loose screws on some of our neutral wires that happens over time with thermal conducting. Did a simple panel tune up and tightened up those screws and issue fixed completely. A1 did not take their time, and tried to be more salesmen than anything trying to sell us on something very expensive that wouldn’t even fix the issue. Not to mention that could have been a very dangerous situation if we would have left those wires be loose like that. Very frustrated with the experience of being not listened to and just trying to sell something else, not to mention the electrician who fixed the issue for us told us a bigger surge protector would not even be necessary.
