  Buyer beware - Do not do business with these people! I have had my 20 KW Cummins generator with these guys for three years. During the recent tropical storm that came through Houston, of course Centerpoint dropped the ball and power went out at my home that’s currently being rented. The unit did not work - great. I called and had an emergency tech come out to check everything. They did not call me or did not give me any briefing of what happened, only sent me a very hefty quote to get the transfer switch replaced, almost $3K. I have now emailed and called them at least five times and no one gets back to me. Why was this not under warranty? Why did they not catch this during my monthly maintenance which I pay for? It has only been 3 years. Why is no one reaching out to me at all? Absolutely bizarre and infuriating company to deal with. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

  Ed serviced my generator. He knew all about Cummins generators and had even completed training in Dallas for certification. He was also very social and assured me I owned a great product. I have no doubt that investing in a home generator was a good decision and Gen Pro has the best personnel to protect my investment.

  Do not use this company! It took them over 3 months to fix my issue (replace the control panel on the generator itself) & they were supposed to install a surge protector on my generator but they never did. I called them 6 times to get status updates & each time I was told someone will get back to me that day or the next day. That never happened... When I asked why my surge protector was not installed, I was told they weren't in stock. How do you not have this item in stock when I ordered one 3 MONTHS AGO?! The only reason they are getting 1 start is because their technician was great and informative.

  Adela Palacios came out and serviced my generator with no problem. She answered all my questions with a smile, and had a great positive attitude throughout the process. Thank you Gen Pro!

  I highly recommend A&A GenPro generators. Their service & techs have all been great. I would like to highly recommend (Ed)uardo. Ed has always given me great service on my generator. He is very knowledgeable about Kohler generators. Very professional, personable & detail oriented. Open to explain what the problem is & what is required to properly fix whatever is needed. I will always call & recommend A&A GenPro and always ask for Ed for service. Thks Ron
