  Christian is polite and seems knowledgeable as a tech. So was his colleague AB. Everyone that came to install our two new units from High Performance were diligent and pleasant. They worked on a couple of rainy days and we aren’t done yet (as one of our two new units does not seem to be working correctly still) and needs some adjustments since they finished installing on May 1st. The owner, Lee, has been very responsive and involved, and Christian has come by to rebalance and they’ll be coming back again next week to check on things. Their customer service has been engaging, responsive and pleasant thus far, and I’m very hopeful and confident that they’ll get the second new unit figured out to optimal performance also.
