  We lost power after one of those severe East Texas storms, and our standby generator completely failed to kick on. I called TMR Generators, and they were an absolute lifesaver. Wade came out the very same day. He was incredibly knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue within minutes, and actually had the parts on hand to fix it right then and there. The pricing was fair, and the customer service was top-notch from the first phone call to the final handshake. It is so hard to find reliable, honest repair services these days, but this team is the real deal. Highly recommend them to anyone in North East Texas!

  Gave TMR Generators a call after losing connection to our Mobile Link, having an emergency shutoff performed (whoops) and just needing it serviced in general. They were out within a few days, very informative and got us all fixed up. Will to continue to use TMR for servicing our 32kw generator yearly moving forward.

  Call TMR first and get the job done right the first time. If you go with someone else first you will end up calling TMR later to get it done right. Just go with the best first and save yourself some trouble.

  Finally found someone who actually services Generac stand-by generators in my area. Mine was way over due for service and shut down because of low oil pressure during the last storm outage. The guys at TMR were professional, knowledgeable and had my generator repaired, serviced and running again very quickly. And at a very reasonable price! Thanks guys.
