  These guys are reckless drivers on the roads. I was driving on I 35 and one of them wasn’t paying attention and almost ran into immediate. I can only imagine how bad the quality of their work is.

  We had a complete roof, overhaul and lane kept us informed every step of the way. Things happened when he said they were going to happen. We did have a problem, but Tarrant Roofing fixed it and I’m very happy with all the work they did on our house.

  I could not recommend enough to never work with Tarrant Roofing to anyone in the Flower Mound or Highland Village area. The employees have been rude, hung up on my wife, and straight up lied to us multiple times. We were just getting a simple repair on our roof based on a quote provided from a home inspection, total $727.28. We paid a deposit of $374.48 on 5/20 and were scheduled to come out on 5/28. The day passed and no one came or called us. We called the office and were told "Somebody came by the house to see what color shingles we needed to match". We were home all day and absolutely no one came so why lie. While on the phone they said they would come back out on Monday 6/1 to do the work. Again, no one shows up and no one calls. I call the office again on 6/2 to request a refund and we will go with another service who will actually show up and they said they would begin processing that refund. A week goes by and nothing so I call a manager (Dustan) on 6/8 to explain the situation and he seemed very nice and apologetic so I though it would get handled quickly and we could move on. On 6/9 I was told the reimbursement form was on our file so seemed like it was being processed. Then on 6/15 I was told our refund check is being sent out tomorrow. On 6/19 I still had not received anything so I followed up Dustan to see if the check was sent and got a vague "Let me confirm", to which there was no follow up. I followed up again on 6/22 and Dustan said he would check the office when he got in the next day. On 6/23 he told me the check was printed and going to be mailed. It is now 6/29 and I still have yet to see anything with Dustan on responding to my latest follow ups. I have given them plenty of chances with no success and I just want my money back. If you are looking at Tarrant Roofing for any work I would suggest just gluing money to your roof instead, it has a better chance of working than this company.

  Your workers dumped all their roofing materials on my mother’s yard and destroyed it even after she told you to put up protective equipment to protect the yard. They trashed her yard completely.
