  I regret buying here. At first it was only aesthetic things, dry paint drops on doors, unclean finishes on the wood beams for closets , French doors. Un-evenly placed door handles (all of them). Millions of staples on the carpet, each time you walk you feel them, its bothersome .But to have 3 different contractors come , less than a year of owning the home, and make holes on the wall just because the toilet paper holder was placed in with a nail puncturing the drain water pipe, due to the “hardware team” not knowing where pipes are located therefore no having knowledge if they make damage or not, is not something you want in a newly purchased new construction home. God knows where else I’ll be having issues next with this poorly and rushed construction Very disappointing. Honestly, look somewhere else.

  Really impressed with the standards Beazer Homes has and enjoyed touring the Bricewood model. Really nice layout, energy efficient which saves a ton of money on utility bills each month, clean & modern. Also, Helotes is my FAVORITE place on edge of SA.
