  Technician was clean, courteous and very knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing and had me up and going in an hour. Not only is Ivan an asset to Milestone, but to humanity altogether. Great work ethic.

  Milestone employee and one of his associates came by my house to clean my ducts. They checked the unit and vents, they took pictures to show me what they found which was very little so they recommended that I did not need to clean the ducts at this time at no charge. It was the best experience I have had in a long time. Very professional and experienced!

  Excellent, efficient, professional, timely and trustworthy service. This matters and so does honesty, especially when another company falsified a plumbing problem to charge me $5K in addition to anticipated restoration service charges. My technicians were kind, quickly consulted a senior technician when needed and were open and honest about my plumbing issue. It was a pleasure to meet Bedford, Dayton, Chris and his teammate! Milestone is now my go to service provider!

  Very happy with Brandon, he did a great job explaining everything in the video very satisfied with his with his work today, believe I have an opponent with him tomorrow Friday May 1st install the fan or to clean the fan and that's that's who I would like to be out of my house as much as y'all can afford to send him this way. Thank you so much for your time, and thank you for hiring Brandon, because it seems like he's got a bright future.

  I’ve been a Milestone Advantage member for years, and this experience was disappointing enough that I’ve decided to cancel. I recently had an air conditioner coil replaced that was still under warranty, originally installed by Milestone. I was quoted two labor-only prices depending on the type of replacement: $2,363 or $3,385. The final cost was $3,385. The work was completed by one technician in approximately five hours. While I understand companies use flat-rate pricing, this still felt extremely high for the scope and duration of the work. When I confronted the technician about paying $672 a hour for the work, he responded, “It is, but for the experience, for the amount of work that has to be done. I mean, it’s reasonable.” I accepted the price and paid. What pushed this from concern to frustration was the follow-up. When I called to cancel my membership, I was offered a call from a manager. The manager called me and basically told me that I knew the amount I was going to pay, and I could have easily gone with another company. He said I could have technically called another company, and they could have done the work and replaced the coil. The call was so condescending and argumentative that it was beyond frustrating. Instead of making a small gesture, like offering me future credit on a service or even making a price adjustment, he just talked down to me (I did not ask for anything special). No one wants to be lectured when they are upset. The manager also mentioned that this work has a warranty, but I have no paperwork for it -it's kind of difficult to go to another company without warranty paperwork... And since I’m writing this review, I can mention that I had to physically help the tech raise the unit into the attic, and he smashed my fingers against the rim of the attic opening. He also bent the middle support rod on the unit when he tried to lift it by himself. I had to tell him to stop lifting the unit like that. Overall, this experience fell short both in pricing transparency and customer service. I was prepared to quietly move on, but the way this was handled made it worth sharing. There are so many other companies in the area willing to do good work. I’m not using Milestone again.
