Not only did Jake arrive on time, analyze the possible problems with my toilet and provide options for fixes, he was quick and easy to work with. But gratitude goes beyond this, when the first solution didn't work and the next would put me beyond my ability to pay, Jake and the team at Milestone found a way to make it work. Every single day I am reminded there are good people, Milestone certainly meets that. Great work, rapid response, and good people.

I know they are all paid commission and you expect them to try and sell you something extra—that’s their job. But I don’t expect to be threatened or treated as stupid from them being a Milestone Advantage member. Milestone you can do better with your sales training.
- DAD ArnoldJul 27, 20265.0Jovanni Torres came to our home to provide service in our shower enclosure. After inspection it turned out to be a larger job than what we had expected. Joe thoroughly inspected the area (in our 31 year old home) and showed what a properly completed job would entail and we agreed. Joe then gave us two options to select from, after which he ordered the needed supplies and set us up for later in the week. Joe was very kind, patient and professional explaining what the job will entail. We strongly recommend using Milestone. Today Jeremy Williams came out and completed the job. He arrived promptly and went right to work. The job was completed much faster than expected and was done very professionally. We are very pleased with his work He showed us everything he did and showed us how to work our new shower. Once again another amazing job by Milestone. 5 stars for each who came out
