  Mr. Sanchez was very thorough, he took his time in servicing our units. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the items needed for repairs. The next day I received a text that the items were in and to schedule a time for Mr. Sanchez to return, good vibes.

  It was a pleasure dealing with are service professionals. He got the bases covered. Was wondering if I need a copy of the technical report, how do I get that? We have 2 more techs to come out this a week.

  Dear Milestone Electric A/C Team, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent work performed on my AC unit June 25, 2026. My home had reached 86° as the unit had been out for over a week, and I am very grateful for the service provided. Jeb and John were incredibly professional and patient, taking the time to explain everything regarding my system thoroughly. They were very diligent, checking the unit in the attic to ensure everything was running smoothly before inspecting the outdoor unit, where they identified that the fan motor had gone dead. They explained the situation clearly and also informed me about the tune-up plan. I decided to purchase the plan, as having maintenance service twice a year with helpful reminders is a great idea.   We called on a Saturday morning at 7:30 and they were at our home by a little after 8 to troubleshoot one of our AC units going out. His work was thorough; provided us with a very informative video of his troubleshooting methods, got the system working but took it a step further because the coil needed to be replaced so he made the appointment 2 days later for the next step. The experience was flawless…even their AI “digital assistant” on the phone was great instead of the usual nail-biting. Highly recommend this company. We’re having them put in a new system. Milestone is top of the line.

  Jeremy was the technician that helped us today and he did a great job. He was extremely thorough with all of the information and answered all of our questions. When asked to meet a competitor financing options he quickly went to bat for us and was able to get it set up. I had a meeting to attend and he was very attentive to finishing his side of the work to get us properly set up and taken care of. I’m, again, impressed by the expertise and professionalism shown by Milestone and their technicians. To top it off they are a faith based organization, which we align with.
