  Have to give credit where it’s due. Manuel Rivera and his team went to extraordinary lengths to help my wonderful client get into her dream home. They took time to understand her unique circumstances, rather than treating her/us like another number, (as the majority of other builders in my experience often do). The sense of relief and gratitude that washed over my client when she got the good news was a thing to behold. It’s the reason I love my job; helping folks. It was just so nice to feel like I wasn’t on an island for once in advocating for my client’s best interest and well-being. There was a true sense of camaraderie for the Greater Good. Extra proud of this real estate transaction.

  I had the pleasure of working with Sales Consultant, Jon and could not be happier. My husband and I are in the process of building our new home and with all the questions and requests; he is always responsive and attentive without ever coming across as aggressive. His up-beat personality as been an inspiration. He is very knowledgeable, extremely professional and as gone above and beyond which so far has made this experience a range of positive outcomes.   I visited Chesmar for my out of town buyer. I met with the sales rep John, who was extremely nice. He showed me the model, which is very impressive and unique for the area. They have both 40ft and 60ft lots available. The homes available ranged from 340-405k and were between 2200-2600 square feet for the 40 foot lots. The 60 foot lots will have different plans too. I am glad I stopped by for my buyer.
