Olympic installed a vapor barrier and dehumidifiers to address moisture/mold issues in my crawlspace. I was certainly a tough customer, but they listened to my feedback without being dismissive. I'm grateful for the attention to detail, willingness to hear my concerns, and address any issues that arose. Thank you Ross, Kirk, Alex, and the rest of the crew.

As an engineer in the field of structural forensics, I have an above average knowledge of crawlspaces. When I decided to encapsulate my pier and beam crawlspace, I was surprised to find so much ignorance of this subject matter within the foundation repair industry. After speaking to several companies that advertise for crawlspace encapsulation, this is the only company I found that approaches encapsulation correctly. Needless to say, I hired them to complete the encapsulation in my crawlspace. Great job!

Our experience with Olympic Restoration including office staff, Darren (coming out for initial quote), Ross and Daylen (in the field) were outstanding!! This is a top notch organization, trustworthy, kind and honest. Thru each step they took the time and patiently answered every question explaining the issues in our crawl space and how to fix it. Ross & Daylen were extremely courteous and took great care of our property while working thru the 6 day long project. We had to wait a little bit for the work, but worth the wait. They do not rush the process to get to the next job. Once on your job rest assured it will be completed properly the first time! Thank you all for being outstanding professionals. Truly a refreshing experience in home maintenance these days! Highly recommend this company and their team! 👍🏻👍🏻
