  I haven’t personally had the opportunity to use My HVAC Guy yet, but I recently recommended them to a friend who needed HVAC help, and she had nothing but great things to say about her experience. She said he was on time, incredibly helpful, and very understanding. What stood out to her most was how willing he was to take the time to explain everything and answer her questions without ever making her feel bad or embarrassed for not knowing something. That kind of patience and customer service is hard to find! Hearing how well Kelton treated her and how happy she was with the work definitely made me feel confident in recommending him to others. I’ll absolutely be keeping My HVAC Guy in mind for my own needs in the future. It’s always nice to find a local business that genuinely seems to care about taking care of people.

  Kelton and My HVAC Guy are the pros that you need to get the job done. Everything from heating and air, to refrigeration, he does great work in residential and commercial spaces. Would recommend in the Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Coppell, and Arlington areas. He services far and wide, 10/10!

  Ac quit blowing cold air, the company came out and was quick and professional with their assessment and got it back up in running for a reasonable price! Will deff use for all future hvac needs!

  Today, I had the pleasure of meeting and having my AC repaired by Kelton Lisby, owner of My HVAC Guy. Last night our AC unit went out. Based on a strong recommendation, we contacted My HVAC Guy and fortunately Kelton was available to come repair our system. He was outstanding throughout the entire process. He explained everything in detail….very professional. We had our share of AC providers, and Kelton is by far the best.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kelton. My AC was down for a week and one of my friends reached out to this company, which she uses, to give me a call. Tania was so nice and scheduled a 7am appt. Not a 4 hour window and he arrived on time. Kelton came out to give me a second opinion on my AC unit. He tried his best to fix my compressor but it was not salvageable. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about all aspects of the AC unit. He told me he would give me a quote at the end of day and he did. He also called that evening and left a message with his cell number in case I needed any further information. Thank you Kelton.
