  Let me tell you about my man Florecio from Milestone. I had two AC techs come out that could not figure out my AC problem. One simply gave up and the other spent 15 minutes and couldn’t explain the problem to me while at the same time trying to upsell me…even though they say they’re “Gimmick free”. Anyway, Florencio from Milestone comes and troubleshoots everything and figures it out. He was polite, on time, thorough and honest. He even showed me the problem and proved it couldn’t be anything else. I have him come back to make the fix and he does an excellent job. He also made some adjustments to the fix to make the parts last longer. He threw discounts at me and wasn’t pushy. I’m sticking with Milestone going forward and even signed up for their membership…which is more affordable than that of the other guys. Thanks Milestone, thanks Florencio!

  ⭐️ Outstanding Service from Jose Balderas at Milestone! Star ⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of working with Jose Balderas from Milestone, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional service he provided. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. Jose’s professionalism shone through as he took the time to wear shoe covers to protect our home. He provided a detailed video of our HVAC system, breaking everything down in a clear and understandable way. It felt less like a service call and more like having a knowledgeable friend help us out. His transparency and technical expertise were truly impressive. After I explained my concerns, he quickly identified the problem and even discovered significant issues that had been costing us extra money on our electricity bill. If left unaddressed, these could have led to serious complications down the line. The meticulous attention to detail and effort he put into his work were nothing short of impeccable. In a world where it's challenging to find trustworthy service providers, Jose’s outstanding service has made us loyal customers. My husband and I are thrilled to have signed up as members with Milestone because of him. Thank you, Milestone, for employing such a dedicated professional.   Raven was phenomenal in helping me understand my AC problems and explaining my options. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions, even if it seemed silly. The coolest fact is that she is the only female at Milestone! She is a great asset to Milestone. I hope to work with her again. Riley and James also came today to replace the AC system, both worked really hard all day and did a great job! They helped explain everything and gave good maintenance tips. Highly recommend them both.

  After using a variety of local companies, we haven't had any issues with Milestone. They replaced some lines in our crawl space. A year later, we had a small leak and pipe concerns, they came, inspected, resolved the issue. Since it was connected to the previous job there was no charge. My tech Steve was came out as he was part of the last job. We did a total re haul on pipes and because the other companies weren't that experienced we called Milestone to clean up the mess. Thank you for being awesome.

  Milestone has consistently delivered good value over the last 6 years we’ve been in our home. Brandon was great this time, and no matter what tech we deal with, they are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. They also stand by their work and sent out a warranty technician when we had an issue, no questions asked. They’re well worth the price and pay dividends in peace of mind.
