  Had our AC serviced today by Sebastian K., he was patient and polite and took the time to explain things more than once to help us better understand the issues we were having and the best way to save money and preserve the longevity of our ac unit. The company’s cheesy slogan of fixing it in a flash was definitely accurate too, within less than 20 minutes of Sebastian’s arrival our house was already cooling and he’d located the issue to get the ac running again. Only one slight downside was he came in the last hour of the three hour arrival window, which in the grand scheme of things isn’t horrible and we were notified of when he’d be arriving. Great service, would definitely recommend to others, especially since they offered a year long membership, which gives the consumer more bang for their buck and saves money immediately.

  This company made out with service technician Terrance Johnson!!! This guy went above and beyond what he had to do. Extremely respectful, helpful , professional the entire time. Straight forward answers and would not stop until he found the problem. Again this company made out so well with this guy. And this is the third time using this company and the service is always extremely on point from start to finish. Terrance thank you again

  I can't say enough good things about Milestone! From the moment my call was answered to the service appointment itself, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. A huge thank you to Oscar, who came out to fix our A/C. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and had everything up and running quickly. I was especially impressed that they were able to come out the same morning I called. In the middle of summer, that's amazing service! To top it all off, the repair didn't cost an arm and a leg, which was such a relief. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  Very satisfied with the service provided by this company! They honestly had me from the start of the first phone call. Whomever answers the phone and schedules appointments, was SO PERSONABLE and had such a welcoming voice. (Especially for a phone call that came in near 7pm in the evening!) I very much appreciate a business when they know who to put on the other end of the line. The person who answers the phone, matters. I honestly know if I’m going to use a company based on who I speak with first on the phone. I was able to get a next day appointment (which I appreciate the fast turn around!) and when Daniel C. showed up to my home, he was polite and professional. He explained the procedure in a way I could understand and made sure to check everything again all over before he left the house to double check everything was good to go. I’ll be using them in the future for sure and would recommend them to anyone I know.

  This review reflects my personal experience and opinion. It is published in accordance with the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA). I scheduled a routine $79 checkup on an AC system that was working perfectly. When the tech arrived, he demanded $129 until I showed a screenshot of Milestone's website. While courteous, he stretched a 45-minute visit into nearly two hours to deliver a predatory quote. The technician insinuated that my unit may be illegal, talking about the EPA and the system being discontinued. In reality, my Lennox 3-ton system is entirely legal, installed brand new in January 2025, features a 16.2 SEER2 rating, is ENERGY STAR certified, and is under a 10-year warranty. He also stated that my attic insulation was insufficient and illegal; however, those regulations only apply to new construction, not older homes like mine. Despite my system being only 1.5 years old and running perfectly, I was handed an itemized list of proposed repairs totaling over $13,000, which is more than both my furnace and air conditioner system cost new just a year and a half ago. While I wanted an actual preventive maintenance call, all I got is a sales pitch. I declined the work and cannot and will not recommend Milestone Electric.
