    Dustin came in and laid out the gameplan, and executed each step of the process with flawless technique. After he did the initial tune-up, he was able to show us what was causing our system to run so inefficiently. We felt so much better knowing what could be done to improve the air quality of the house. You rock Dustin!

    Jason did a very good job. He educated us on how the A/C system works, what was wrong and what we need to do. He offered for a technician to come and give second opinion from Mikestone with no charge. We decide to call back when we are ready. Your company did this with no charge to us. We appreciate Jason's professional conduct. We did not pay any amount. It was a free service.

    The technician, Axel arrived promptly and performed his services in a friendly and professional manner. I really appreciated the time he took with me to explain different options for the work I wanted done that would meet my expectations as well as my budget. I wouldn’t hesitate asking for Axel specifically for any electrical job I may have in the future.

    I was a bit hesitant to use milestone because I had heard that there are cheaper electricians out there but they came highly recommended from my pool guy and our technician, Axel was amazing, definitely earned the (as it ended up being only slightly) more expensive costs. It was very clear what needed to be fixed (there were some pretty substantial safety issues) and he gave me three different options for how to approach a solution. My wife and I felt great about it and the warranty was really impressive. I'm so thankful for all the time he took trouble-shooting the issue which ended up being very complicated due to a previous owners unsafe "fix." I couldn't recommend Axel and milestone highly enough. Updating the post to say that I had a follow-up with Robert and was just as impressed as I was with axel. Super thankful for the team at milestone.
