  Very smooth process and delivery of services. After contacting my go-to repair source and being told it would be a week before they could accommodate me, I contacted Milestone for service in Arlington Texas. I spoke with Mary. Mary demonstrated professionalism and empathy for my plumbing issue. She was able to get someone out to evaluate the problem in just a couple of hours. Daniel, Daniel (not a repeat of persons), and Trevor, we're all fantastic! In less than 24 hours my broken drain pipe was repaired. I highly recommend these folks, great job!

  I've been a milestone customer since early 2000. Since I moved to Texas... sometimes my funds were not available to use thier services. So unfortunately I was forced to take a less expensive route, and boy have I paid for it! Pretty similar to leaving the family only to return! Yeah you may pay more but it's worth it! Just the customer service alone is a 10.... like my mother would say you get what you pay for! Milestone family for life!

  Appointment for receiving quote for HVAC System. Arrival was slightly late. Tracking link was inoperable. Raven was proactive sometimes slightly aggressive, but all business with questions for addressing our needs which is important. I’m sure the equipment will suit our needs and requirements, but was sticker shock like buying a car. Believe Raven and Milestone are worth reaching out for multi faceted needs for your home needs and solutions. So, the decision that needs to be made; are the product and services worth the cost and possible commitment. I believe the answer is yes.

  There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Abel and his crew. They went above and beyond to help me and my elderly mother. Our A/C compressor went out leaving us in a heap of trouble during multiple days of dangerous high temps. My usual go-to company for HVAC services put me on a call back list which I expected bc of the record heat but they never called me back after waiting for almost 2 days. I called Milestone and Raven came out immediately and assessed our situation. Knowing her team was booked, she made several phone calls asking for help. Abel willingly and heroically answered the plea by installing us a new unit after he finished his multiple jobs he already had scheduled. He and his crew were so kind and professional. They worked tirelessly for hours to get us operational again. They are the true heroes. Abel, I don’t even know how to repay you for all that you made happen. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You have no idea how grateful we are. God bless you always.

  We had a bathroom sink that wasn’t draining. Matt, snaked the drain and ensured everything working as should. He was very polite, ensured no other plumbing issues needed fixed, didn’t leave any mess for me to clean up and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Highly recommend Matt and Milestone. Service was free, we are milestone members and the membership includes one free drain clear per year, so this was ours for the year.
