  Grapevine, Southlake, and DFW: I needed about 200 yards of commercial carpet on a tight deadline, and from the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was in the right place. I stopped for a second to look around, and before I could take another step, someone stood up, greeted me with a smile, and asked how they could help. A few moments later, Tony came from the back, shook my hand, made eye contact, and welcomed me. That kind of old-fashioned customer service is hard to find these days. I had called several commercial flooring companies in the Grapevine and Southlake area, and most quoted me 7–10 business days. Because I was on a time crunch, Cindy and Tony immediately started making phone calls to locate the commercial carpet I needed. They made sure my order would be ready for installation in just 4–5 days. Their customer service, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression. If you’re looking for commercial carpet, commercial flooring, or exceptional service in Grapevine, Southlake, or the DFW area, I highly recommend them. Cindy and Tony are genuinely friendly people who care about their customers. In fact, I was so impressed that I invited them to join me at an upcoming Southlake Chamber of Commerce luncheon so I could introduce them to more local business owners. Thank you for your outstanding service and for taking such great care of the Grapevine and Southlake communities.

  $30K new wood floor DID NOT HOLD UP, EVEN FOR 6 MONTHS! Tim Hogans Response- “NOT MY PROBLEM” Beware of doing business with them. This business will not stand behind the products they sell or the work they do. Our Reward Brand high end wood floor faded dramatically soon after purchase leaving very noticeable lines and flaws. Upon speaking with Penny (who sold us the floor) they were not willing to come inspect or help in any way. When asked whom else we could speak to I was told “there is no escalation from here”. However, they were willing to charge me 2x the amount per sf I paid originally to replace the now marred boards they sold me. This floor replaced a 20-year-old wood floor that had absolutely no issues in the exact same environment. Now my situation is: 1) have a $30k ruined floor 6 months after install 2) Tim Hogans is not willing to help 3) Tim Hogans is only willing to replace flooring for twice what I originally paid This is my 1st ever review and do so to help others avoid the experience I have had _____________________________________________________________ With Regards to Tim Hogans Response: 1) Despite kind public facing language your position has clearly not changed = "NOT MY PROBLEM" 2) Citing a link to warranty exceptions your never provided in either written or verbal form after the floor is ruined is worthless and makes it clear your sales and installation processes are missing material steps 3) I have now met with 2 other local vendors who sell the exact same floor and they have indicated that this is clearly not within expectations for such a short time frame and Tim Hogans and the manufacturer should be working to remedy the problem immediately. THIS MAKES IT CLEAR THAT TIM HOGANS DOES NOT STAND BY WHAT THEY SELL OR CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER ISSUES THEY CAUSE. 4) I am now paying another flooring company to fix the problem Tim Hogans has created and now refuses to even engage on in any responsible manner. For perspective customers, please beware. This is a small business and this type of behavior is clearly supported by ownership (given the owner's response to this issue). For Tim Hogans ownership: Should you choose to improve this situation and act in line with your direct competition and reasonable business practices, I remain open to any efforts to set this issue right before taking next steps.

  We had Tim Hogan replace our entire first floor with engineered hardwood and decided to add our steps as well at a cost of around $2K. The initial install of the first floor was okay but they totally botched the stairs. The stairs were previously carpet plus padding and the new treads didn't line up in any way, shape or form. Had we been informed before they glued them down, we would have opted to just have the carpet replaced. After bringing it to their attention, promises were made to try and improve the situation but were never followed through on despite repeated phone calls. Now, 3 years late, the floors are cracking, peeling and generally not holding up well at all. We payed around $6/sq ft and expected these floors to last! When I called about getting help filing a warranty claim, I was told the warranty was likely void because I had used a mop with water and cleaner at times to clean up big messes (and not the spray bona cleaner). What floor can you never get water on??? And of course the promised call back after they talked to the warranty company never came. Do NOT do business with this company! I will be posting pics as well.
