  Over the last 2 months, statewide remodeling has called me 60+ times. I have repeatedly asked to be removed from any prospect lists, lead list etc. I’ve never once inquired about working with this company. This is excessive and without further resolution, I will file with the BBB.

  A man at home depot told me they could schedule a quote for a project on my home which I agreed too. Then I found out through another employee they don't do installations. I asked the HD man to cancel whatever he took my info for. Before I even got to my car, I had an appt scheduled with Statewide Remodeling text on my phone. I called them to cancel the appt, they wouldn't let me cancel without asking several questions. The man finally supposedly canceled my appointment. The day comes around of that original appt, and I get a call to confirm the time as they were coming out to my house...I tell them again I am not interested, do not come, and stop calling. Then hours later that same day, I get another call asking to schedule a new appt. I have been very clear to stop calling. But this is ridiculous.

  Your policy that requires both husband and wife to be present for the estimate is mind blowing.

  Our bathtub got remodeled and our installer Jerry Jasso was absolutely incredible!!! He did such a good job and I’m so happy with how my bathroom looks!!

  I was really looking forward to getting a quote from Statewide Remodeling. However, they refused to meet with just me, without my wife present. They did state that they wouldn’t have met with just my husband without me present as well. Either way, that is ridiculous! I am fully capable of getting a bid and making family decisions on my own. Of course I’d get my wife’s opinion, but she wouldn’t need to be present for me to get a bid. I cancelled the appointment and will never do business with this company. Their policy lost a potential customer. After told this, I got 5 more calls from Statewide, to set aside hour and half for their representative estimate sounds like a lot arm twisting pressure to me. \G/
