  Elmer’s Air is phenomenal and outstanding! We are now making them our main company and respect the honesty the company offers. They are quick to respond, have exceptional communication, and are there to make sure to fix your issues rather than making a fast buck. This company is there to make sure the customer understands the issues with the air conditioner and the best options on how to resolve the problem. Thank you for being an outstanding company that has integrity and respect.

  Mr. Jeff came to the house later into the evening on time as requested and gave an absolute masterclass! It was great to see someone who was very knowledgeable come through and deliver good news on the situation that we thought was very terrible. He came in and out the house, and after doing everything that was necessary to fix the issue, he began to clean up after himself, which I found very exceptional, because plenty of workers from other companies have visited the house in the past and did not deliver a great service nor a great cleanup and I find that very refreshing that Jeff did what he did. Thank you Mr. Jeff, I hope the best for you and your company recognizes your fine work! I’m definitely recommending Elmer’s to other people!

  Guaranteed and warranties don't seem to mean much these days. They said since compressor is not fully broken it won't be considered under warranty and would have to charge for labor if it was to be fixed.

  I heard their ads and seethe trucks around and decided to give these guys a shot for seasonal maintenance. I scheduled a day and arranged to be home that day. They confirmed on Sunday. On Monday morning they call to postpone. They offered a date ten days later. I told them this is like if you had a guy call you two hours before your first date with them and you cancel and you want to maybe do another time a week and half down the road. I told them that clearly isn't going to work for us. They said that they were booked due to emergency calls due to the heat. It is above 95 virtually every summer day here every year. An air conditioning repair organization should know that better than most businesses and structure their organization to deliver good customer service all year long
