Here’s the review rewritten in the first-person plural (“we”):
If we could give Jeffrey more than five stars, we absolutely would.
We recently had our entire sewer line replaced, and Jeffrey exceeded every expectation. Not only did he complete the job under the original estimate, but he also demonstrated an incredible work ethic from start to finish. He worked the entire day despite clearly not feeling well and dealing with a painful eye irritation that appeared to become infected by the end of the day. Most people would have called it quits, but Jeffrey remained professional, focused, and committed to getting the job done right.
What impressed us even more than his technical skill was his character. Jeffrey is friendly, honest, dependable, and a man of exceptional integrity. He communicated with us every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. He is also one of the most personable and likable professionals we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
It’s rare to find someone who combines outstanding craftsmanship with this level of customer service and professionalism. Jeffrey truly went above and beyond.
Because of the trust Jeffrey earned with us, we won’t be calling anyone else. From now on, Elmer’s will be our first and only choice for all of our plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs. That decision is based entirely on the confidence Jeffrey inspired through his honesty, integrity, and exceptional work.
Thank you, Jeffrey, for your dedication, professionalism, and outstanding service. You turned what could have been a stressful project into an exceptional experience. We highly recommend both Jeffrey and Elmer’s to anyone looking for quality work and people they can truly trust.

Elmer's is great!! The all around service was top notch!! Clint was a great helper getting everything set up!! Raymond and Trent were great technicians to help find the problem!! Edwin and Pepper was a great team installing a new AC unit!! I would use them again!!
Every summer without fail, the AC unit freezes despite how religiously we take care of the filters. Every year the lines freeze. Every summer now, we have to budget out the expense to have this company come out to fix it. Every. Summer. Not even a few years after getting it either- right out the gate, right after we got it, it broke, and it's been that way every year since. We'd like a unit that just works as intended, with a rate of issues as any other normal appliance would have- that would be reasonable. The AC unit alone isn't cheap (and I mean it shouldn't be, a good AC unit is worth the price), and the repairs we have to get every year aren't either. I hope this isn't everyone's experience here, but unfortunately this has been ours.

Great team of people at Elmer's AC. They explained our problems and how to solve them. Didn't feel like we were taken advantage of dollar wise. Highly recommend this company. You will not go with anybody else. Trustworthy and stands by their product.

I wanted to share my experience with Elmer’s HVAC, which was a bit frustrating. I had originally scheduled an estimate for a late afternoon visit on Monday, but I got a last-minute message that morning saying he needed to come earlier—something that didn’t work for my schedule. A technician had already been out, but when I asked for an estimate, they wouldn’t provide it unless a sales person came back in person. It felt more like a salesy tactic—fine, but not ideal since I planned to get multiple bids and it was going to take up more of my time. Then, after I had other companies come out, Isuddenly got an email from Elmers saying Thursday evening would work—only for no one to show up again. I reached out on Friday, and Clint offered to email a bid, which was fine (strange since they wouldn’t originally do that) but what was worse was that it was a single-stage system, priced nearly 15K, while every other single-stage bid was about 5K less. I was also surprised I didn’t get more guidance on single-stage versus dual or variable stages—just a missed opportunity on their part. Overall, it felt like a lack of communication and follow-through, so I’d just hope Elmer’s works on keeping customers better informed and in the loop.
