  Very responsive and pleasant company to work with. Technician took his time to diagnose our problems. Explained everything before any repairs were done. After discussions, he sent us to his finance department and had a good experience with the advisor as well. Would recommend you having them out for a quote.

  I wouldn’t do business with these guys. I had a system installed by them for $10,000 and two years later it broke down. They gave me some crap about how the #Warranty had expired a day or two before and wouldn’t repair their own work.

  Terrible Quality. Do not contact them to have work done. I spent over $10,000 to have a 20 year old A/C until replaced in October of 2025. It took them 3 days to arrange the install which I could not stay in my house as it was too hot. I took off work to have the unit installed. A few weeks later, I was contacted because Elmer's failed to mention that I would need to be home to have the city come and verify that Elmer's repairs were up to code. The city could not work around my schedule so I had to take off work again, to have them "complete" their job. Again, I was contacted by Elmer's multiple times because THEY needed me to be home which I could not take off of work again for. After the inspection, it was determined that more work was needing to be done, so I had to miss work again to make time for them. Fast forward a couple months.The first time I needed my heater, it would not work. I had to have someone come out because they could not get someone to me in a timely manner. It ended up being that on the initial install, the installers did not turn on a gas line so the heater would not work. About a month later I came home and my house was hot. I called Elmer's and was told I had to wait a day before anyone could come out. It was diagnosed and was then told that the parts would not be available until 3 days later. I had to miss work twice for the issue. The day the technician came out, and the day of the install. Fast forward to now, 7 months from the initial install. The A/C is not cooling and I'm told the best they can do is get someone out within 24 hours. I have missed work several days costing me money, and have also had to pay to stay at hotels all because I trusted this company with my investment. I have asked about what can be done to make this right, and the answer I am given is "the people that can make that decision have gone home for the day". In a service driven industry, you should be able to assist in any manner needed during all operating hours. I do not have a resolution and have lost all confidence in this company. NEVER WORK WITH THEM.

  Jake came out and performed the Elmerization tune up and cleaned our AC unit. Made some observations took some pictures and provided some suggestions for me. He was very professional and trustworthy and for that I'm thankful.
