  As a new homeowner, I’ve had quite the challenge in understanding my HVAC system. Recently I had an issue where my soffit was leaking outside and I had no idea what was going on. I reached out to BillyGo, and Jordan was super helpful. Not only did he show me and explain thoroughly my issue, he also explained signs so I know if it’s happening again. He fixed my issue in 45 mins. Now my upstairs is cooling properly like it should.

  Our technician, John Scott, was friendly, professional, and efficient. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and the reasoning behind his assessment. Since the visit only involved an inspection and no repairs were needed, he chose not to charge us. I truly appreciated his honesty and excellent customer service, and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

  Got home from vacation and found our downstairs ac unit wasn’t working. We called BillyGo and they were able to send someone out the next day. They actually called that afternoon and said they could send a technician a few hours before our appointment time if we’d like. Yes, please! Kenneth Martin arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem - a new capacitor. He provided two estimates with no hard sell and completed the repair very quickly. Would highly recommend the company and Kenneth.

  Great, great, great HVAC company! They do good work at a very reasonable price and they back what they do! They are also very responsive! They replaced my AC motor in January for a base level price. Unfortunately it faltered the evening of Thursday June 18th, but they were there first thing in the morning Friday June 19th and fixed the issue at no cost and they came during a thunderstorm! Great people and great service! I have used money gouging commercial companies in the past that try to charge for memberships and unnecessary maintenances but I will never go back!

  The price structure is insane. I was quite a base fee of $850 to replace the valves on the supply side of my washing machine (hot and cold) in addition; to open the drywall (16” x 24” estimate) was an addition $185. Being VERY generous with my time estimate, this could be done in less than 2 hours of work. A Master plumber rate would be $200 hr + cost would $400-500 for 1 hr of highly experienced work would be expected. $1100 is beyond crazy. Trip, vehicle, overhead, insurance, backhoe etc doesn’t justify the quote.
