- GJGhass JdAug 22, 20261.0Had a bad day experience with my AC repair. I had a Damper motor failure that was to be replaced . I was charged $828 to replace a small Damper motor that took only 15 minutes. The part cost is less $100. The technician mixed up the zoning system and both zones are now operating out of one thermostat instead of operating separately. Very frustrating!

Jerry came out promptly and professionally assessed everything providing the best and worse case scenarios. He was thorough and mindful of the stressful situation this caused within our busy home. They worked efficiently and restored our leak in the hot water line in addition to providing suggestions for further longevity and maintenance of our home (outdoor faucets and a regulator type valve). They did a fantastic job. When our restoration company caused a water leak in our house due to a washing machine not hooked up, AND ruined our water line with a nailgun, Billy Go and Jerry showed up again to provide swift and reliable service. The workers restored our water within less then 24 hours and were very courteous and polite regarding our home. They care about the integrity of your family life and home. THANK YOU!!

- BSBrian SalesAug 20, 20265.0I signed up for their yearly AC preventative maintenance program not knowing what to expect Cash was the technician who looked over the system and worked on it for two solid hours Especially with the outside condenser took the top off, vacuumed the hole inside of it spray foam cleaned all the coils and picked up after himself so like he was never there This is one program that’s worth the money!!
