  Our air capacitor went out, Kade came over immediately. He had us up and running within less than an hour after replacing it and cleaning our air unit. I highly recommend them! The owners are always Johnny on the spot and they’ve always helped us when we need something!

  Had new heat pump installed for around $12,000. Unit shut off without warning and their techs same out and said drain line was plugged and that's not their fault. I cleared drain and asked them to install secondary drain to prevent unit from shutting down without warning. They did so and I paid them additional $375 for new secondary. Problem happened again and this time I asked them to run a new primary only this time the bill was over $1000 additional. This is to run PVC pipe outside to ground only. When I asked for explanation why this PVC line was 3x times the first I was told to pay or they would lien the property. A plugged drain line should not turn into a $1400 repair without any pricing stated up front. Everything could have been prevented with a simple static test during install.

  Lansing was the absolute best company I have dealt with in a long time! Very professional and went above and beyond my expectations! I am very pleased with their work and my new Hvac system!! I will have Lansing do all my future maintenance and repairs! I highly recommend using this company!
