  I had the pleasure of completing my new home walkthrough with Oscar Guerrero, Construction Manager for Risewell Homes, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment we met, Oscar introduced himself, explained his role, and immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. He came prepared with the inspector’s report in hand and carefully walked through each item with me. More importantly, he took the time to physically show me the work that had been completed to correct the issues. That level of preparation, transparency, and follow-through gave me tremendous confidence in the workmanship, craftsmanship, and overall quality that went into building my home. Oscar also conducted a very thorough blue and green tape walkthrough, giving me the opportunity to identify small finish items such as paint flaws, nicks, or anything that still needed attention. What stood out most was how collaborative the entire process felt. We walked through the home together from top to bottom and side to side, creating a formal punch list of items to be addressed. At no point did Oscar make excuses or minimize anything. Instead, he provided clear, confident resolutions and reassured me that the remaining items would be corrected. Oscar knows this home inside and out. He has a natural ability to explain complicated construction details in a way that is easy to understand without ever talking down to you. He frequently paused at natural points during the walkthrough to ask if I had questions, and several times he encouraged me to take notes or record short videos so I could refer back to the information later. That kind of guidance was incredibly helpful, especially as someone like me who is moving into a new construction home and wanting to understand the systems and details of the property. What impressed me most was Oscar’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuine pride in his work. He was approachable, patient, positive, and fully engaged in the process. There were even moments when he anticipated questions I had before I had the chance to ask them. He brought a wonderful sense of humor to the walkthrough as well, which made the experience enjoyable while still being very thorough and professional. In a world where so many people seem rushed, Oscar never once made me feel like I was taking too much time or keeping him from other responsibilities. He was present, focused, and committed to making sure I understood my home and felt good about the next steps. Oscar Guerrero is the consummate professional and a tremendous representative of Risewell Homes. His passion for his job and pride in the homes he helps deliver are obvious. Because of him, I walked away from my walkthrough feeling informed, respected, and truly confident about the quality of my beautiful new home.

  Tanya is a ROCK STAR as she helped us work through the hurdles of purchasing a home all while we were on the island of Oahu! Land sea homes took fantastic care of us all throughout our home purchase and we are very satisfied. Highly recommend.
