- LALeslie Allen4 days ago1.0I had a maintenance contract, tech came out and failed to drain condensate line which 5 days later my ac was not working - tech sold me capicitor for $ 438 because he told me the Amana system that quality sold me in 2021 for over $14k had cheap parts- this part also took less than 15 min to replace - I was told my system had a warranty - I have been charged for everything - I feel that I havent been treated right- way overpriced -
- AOAlaina O'LaughlinSep 29, 20263.0The service itself was good but the markups are absolutely ridiculous. They set their reps up for failure. The guy tried to sell me on a brand new thermostat and first quoted me $500 on top of the $500 I was already being charged to fix my AC. He made it seem like it would be impossible to install a Smart thermostat for any less than $400. He said the extra couple hundred dollars was for markups and installation but I’m not sure how y’all can charge $200 for the installation of a standard thermostat…anyway, I bought a new Ecobee on Amazon and installed it myself yesterday in about 20 min and saved myself the $400. Pics below of the thermostat I installed :)
- CMCallie MalikSep 29, 20265.0Jackson was our hero today! Woke up to a warm home on a hot summer day. Jackson came out within a few hours of our call and got the AC back up and running again. He was very kind and professional. We will definitely be repeat customers when future needs arise!
- SLSusan LopezSep 25, 20265.0Our home ac was not cooling our house correctly. I placed a phone call and Quality Cooling & Heater sent out a technician to our house. Tony was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and quickly found the problem. I would highly recommend Quality Cooling & Heating and especially Tony!!! Excellent job!!!
- JPjessie pottsSep 25, 20265.0Dan did a fantastic job thoroughly inspecting our AC system and making sure everything was working properly and efficiently. He took the time to explain what he was checking, made a few adjustments to help improve the system’s efficiency, and answered all of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, and I really appreciated the peace of mind he gave me. Excellent service!
