  Mr Weimer was great. Got my new AC installed quickly, was friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole company was easy to work with. They communicated effectively and efficiently. Positive experience all around. If you’re in Killeen or the surrounding area, these guys are solid. They even left a window unit to keep the bedroom habitable in the summer heat until they could replace my unit.

  I was very let down by the pricing. Our garbage disposal was making a horrible noise and both my husband and i tried to see if anything was stuck. We could not find it. Called this company and came out the next day. Sy was very polite looked at it and stuck his hand down there he found a very small piece of metal and fixed the problem. For that they charged $240 for 5 minutes of work and no tools used. I coould not imagine the charge for replacing the disposal. I should have known because i kept asking for a basic quote or trip fee and they would not tell me. They said we will give you the quote once we evaluate.

  Hands down the best AC company! The initial visit by technician Jackson was enough to make you want to sign the dotted line right then. His exceptional knowledge, sincere personality and confidence in himself and the company ensured us we were going to make the right choice. Tyler, "the closer", I'd say, came across professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We did not feel pressured at any time but instead felt this is the right company for the job. The desk personnel too were all friendly and to the point you could hear their smile over the phone. Our technician team was outstanding! Jacob, Hunter, Mark and Dan, we give them all a 5 Star rating! They showed expertise in their field, exceptional work even in the relentless Texas heat, have great refreshing personalities, positive attitudes and just down to earth good people. This is the best decision we made for our ac replacement and future ac maintenance.

  Angel and Mark were amazing!! They did an awesome job with the installation of my new unit as well as duct cleaning. They took the time to explain what they were doing through the entire process. Once install was complete, they walked me through everything that was done. Also, they showed me what to look out for if something was to happen to the unit as well as maintenance tips to ensure my system would last the test of time. Thank you Angel, Mark and Ethan for all your hard work. My family truly appreciates this nice coolness in the house.
