  Our ac was acting up so we called Quality and they had someone out to our house in a matter of a few hours in a Friday afternoon! Tony was great and very honest and informative. He gave us a list of recommendations for the issues we had but never once pressured us to go with an option we weren’t ready for. We had been wanting to find a company we felt comfortable with being honest with us and I’m glad to say we found that with Quality Heating and Cooling for all our ac needs!

  Raul from Quality Cooling, Heating & Plumbing was very kind and helpful. He was very clear and concise in helping me understand the current state of my system and the impact each underperforming component has across the whole system. I tried another company when my AC first died, and they were unable to get my system running again. However, Raul was able to get my system running by simply adjusting the capacitor that the previous techs replaced. Raul then gave me clear options in getting my system back up to spec and improve longevity. I am very happy with the extra work, maintenance, cleaning, and future prevention that Raul brought to my home.

  Angel and Krion were my A/C technicians for my installation and they were awesome. Everything was smooth and they were very knowledgeable. When asking questions they had no problem stopping what they were doing just to answer. Thanks again would highly recommend!

  NO ONE ELSE COULD GET MY BUSINESS FOR COOLING, HEATING OR PLUMBING‼️‼️ Raul came out to my home, diagnosed the problem and resolved my primary issue. Not only is knowledgeable about his job, he explains everything in detail and even explains the why behind every little detail. What each component is, what it does, what happens when it doesn’t function properly, why I have the issues I have with my entire unit. Raul was the most friendly serviceman I’ve met that has come to my home to service it, in ANY capacity, and that includes pest control and lawn servicemen. Raul listened and allowed me to make the most informed decision with feeling rushed. His supervisor Balde was by phone and he was also friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t pressure or rush me into making a decision immediately. And to top it off, of the people I called for service they had the least expensive diagnostic rate of $75. Other options charged $125 and up. Raul is definitely a great technician but also a great human and I don’t say that often. At this point, the only person that can come service my home from Quality is, RAUL!!! 😁 Not because of the job well done, but because he’s a great human and Quality is blessed to have him on their team!!! Quality may be one of the mom & pop, smaller operations in the business in this area, but it’s worth waiting for them to come service your home. I don’t care what other company can get to you faster, I’m sure they won’t have the quality of humans that Quality has. Call Quality for your needs and stick it out if you can. Love Quality and love their service!

  A genuine experience balanced with prompt service. From the initial phone call, all the way through to the completion of service. The technician had multiple decades of experience and was very informative. All my consumer needs have been met with a positive result. I would highly recommend this company, based on the customer service and quality of service. In a sea of HVAC companies, these guys will deliver no questions asked. 5 stars all the way
