  Excellent service! Cassidy arrived on time, worked quickly, and was very professional throughout the Tesla charger installation. Everything was done cleanly and correctly. Highly recommend!

  On May 6, 2026, Odion Electrical came to my home to replace a light switch. I paid a total of $254.59 for the service. This included $150 for parts and labor for what appeared to be a previously used switch, along with a $75 service call and diagnostic fee. The job took approximately 30 minutes at most, and I feel the cost was excessive for such a minor repair. My concern is increased by the fact that this same company installed a ceiling fan in my home only weeks prior for less money, which seemed to be a more complex and time-consuming job. As an active duty service member, I am disappointed and frustrated by this experience. It often feels like military families and service members are taken advantage of by companies that know we may have limited time, resources, or options when dealing with home repairs. I am not seeking restitution for this incident. However, I would like this information documented and considered for any future evaluations, complaints, or reviews involving Odion Electrical. Based on this experience, I do not feel the pricing was fair or reasonable for the work performed.

  Absolutely fantastic service. He was at my home in 30 minutes and had the problem solved in less than 20 minutes.

  We were at Home Depot looking at ceiling fans but had no idea who we’d have install it. Luckily for us Cassidy of Odion Electrical was available SAME DAY and was able to get to us within a few hours and offered great pricing! He was punctual and had great conversation it was like we had known him for years! We will definitely be reaching back out for future electrical services!

  I had an excellent experience with Odion Electrical LLC. Cases, the master electrician, came out to our home and was outstanding from the very first interaction. From the moment we connected, he was professional, knowledgeable, and focused on identifying and resolving my electrical issues quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain what was going on, walked me through the solutions, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. His attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right really stood out. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled electrician, I highly recommend Odion Electrical LLC. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any future electrical needs.
