  We recently had to replace our entire AC System. Jensen, Matthew, Michael, and Bryc were great to work with. Replacing the entire system is no easy task, however, they did a great job. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. While we were waiting for our new system to be installed, they lent us a window unit so that we would at least have a cool bedroom to sleep in. I was blown away by this! In addition to the failed AC system, we had a lingering condensate drain line issue which had not been functioning properly for over 10 years. Two other AC service companies told us it was irreparable without having to jackhammer the foundation since it ran through the foundation to the outside. But the great McCullough Georgetown team fixed it, without having to bust up our foundation and it is now WAY better than the original builder grade!! As a result of the condensate line not draining properly, the wires for the thermostat, which ran parallel to the drain line, became corroded and stopped functioning properly. This was discovered late one night, just a few days after the installation when the T-stat stopped functioning, which meant the AC stopped as well. I reached out to Jensen and to my amazement, he came right over on a week night around 10:30, without hesitation. Though this issue was not a result of anything the McCullough team did, Jensen replaced the wires for us the next day, without delay and without an additional charge. We have been up and running, without any issue, for several weeks now. I'm a fan and glad we chose the McCullough Georgetown team. I highly recommend them!

  I can’t say enough great things about McCullough Heating & Air Conditioning in Georgetown. From start to finish, their customer service and responsiveness have been exceptional. A special thank you to Jensen, who has always been available to take my calls, answer questions, and make sure my concerns are addressed promptly. That level of communication and genuine care goes a long way, especially when you’re dealing with HVAC issues in the middle of the Texas heat! I also want to recognize Matthew and the entire team for their professionalism, knowledge, and ability to get my HVAC issues resolved quickly and efficiently. They understood the urgency, showed up when it mattered, and got the job done. Even with some light hearted jabs here and there about not replacing my filters in a timely manner….. I have reminders setup now. Reliable, responsive, professional, and truly customer-focused. McCullough has absolutely earned my trust and my recommendation. Much appreciated, and highly recommended!

  The company responded very quickly. Service technician, Matthew, gave updates and arrived exactly when promised. He was very thorough and was on top of getting parts so repair could be completed the same afternoon. Explained what had happened and treated me with respect. Was impressed with his work and this company’s timely response. Definitely a 5 star company and 5 star technician! Thanks!
